Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

I am so disappointed in Domino's, regretably there are not many choices in this town that deliver. A few years ago, my husband was reconnecting with is family and we spent quite a lot of money for dinner that night only to be disappointed, found cardboard baked into my pizza, food was burnt and not very tasty at all, needless to say family reunion went off well food was a bust. Now I let this go for a while after complaining to corporate office and getting told that I needed to handle it myself, that should have been a red flag. After sometime we decided to give it a try again, it was better, so we have been almost a weekly order. Recently my 30 yr old nephew was murdered in Albuquerque New Mexico, so we decided that we would have a family gathering and feed everyone pizza, wings, and Parmasean bread bites. Going to the website I ordered two large philly steak and cheese pizzas, 32 pc. BBQ wings, bread bites, cinnamon bites, and dipping sauce 109.00 dollars. When I ordered the pizza's if gave me the option for the stuffed crust so I order two, what I got was a tossed together mess on this crust, burt, again if I may add, and disgusting, the wings looked like they just took a bottle of BBQ and lightly drizzled it over some wings that tasted like they were cooked yesterday. I called the local store and stressed my complaints and all I got was a sorry, and was told that the large pizzas that I ordered did not come with the stuffed crust. No well I am so sorry what can we do to make this right, no sorry for your loss. I work in customer service and I truly have to say the people at the store here have absolutely none at all, I informed the young lady that I spoke with that I will no longer be ordering from your establishment and still nothing. I will not order again and I will...

I don’t even know how many times we’ve given this place another chance; and every time it is a disappointment. We always have our deliveries messed up; it’s either missing stuff or the food isn’t what we ordered.

Now it’s worse;

Today we ordered food at 5:30pm, and they told us it would be ready in twenty two minutes. So my husband got ready, and went to town to retrieve it. He got there on time but had to wait thirty minutes to get our food because they were allowing people to take orders at the window; when we finally got our food; we were missing our 32 piece bread bite. My husband kindly asked about this; and we were told they must’ve been given to the wrong person and they only had a 16 piece. When my husband told them that we wanted our 32 piece the guy seemed annoyed, but asked my husband to pull around to the front and he would bring it out in five minutes. He waited another ten minutes, and when he finally got the order my husband started checking everything. They gave us everything wrong, and I’m not kidding. We ordered 2 cheese pizzas for our kids, bread bites, specialty chicken, marble brownie; he was given a sausage pizza, Canadian bacon pineapple, cold chicken, no brownie, and a 32 piece bread bite. It’s now 7 o’clock and we still don’t have our food.

When my husband had to walk back into the establishment and confronted you all, you guys asked what we would like? He shows you the order, and our receipt before kindly asking you to correct the order.

He said you all were extremely disorganized; orders and boxes everywhere.

Maybe it would be in your guys best interest to retrain staff, and be more organized. You’re costing people money, and time....

So Domino's In town is super understaffed , regrettfully its like that for a lot of businesses in town. HOWEVER I must say this Dominos is quite contrast as far as the service, attitude are completely AMAZING! SOMETHING DEFINITELY CHALLENGING! THINK ABOUT IT FOR A SECOND, ONLY YOURSELF AND 1 OTHER EMPLOYEE ARE KEEPING AFLOAT THE ENTIRE OPERATION OF A BUSY BUSY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT ?! Im sure your attitude would not be as pleasant as Rope Or Jessie! THEY BOTH HAVE ASTOUNDED ME WITH KEEPING SUCH A LOVELY ATTITUDE! YOU WOULDNT KNOW THERE WAS ONLY 1 OF THEM IN THE KITCHEN UNLESSBYOU WALKED IN THE RESTAURANT. With complete customer satisfaction oriented service and to the T thee bestest tasting food they make, Jesse and Rope at Domino's should get noticed for all that they do! Domino's in Hamilton if it wasn't for these 2 guys, I think you would go outa business real quick like. Despite the severe shortage of co-workers, the negative attitude of impatient and hasty me me me customers THEY HAVE BEEN FANTASTICLY GREAT AT EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR JOB!!!
