Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

This pizza place needs to fire the manager Susan and a punk that tried to deliver my pizza. they have no compassion and give you nothing but rude cyborg responses . I’ve ordered so much business from this location. I’ve never been treated the way I was treated on Sunday. this kid came to my door and claimed that he knocked really loud and I just couldn’t hear him. so he calls me back 10 minutes later from the store and was rude to the 10th power. Sometimes I can’t hear in my house because it’s kind of big and usually the delivery guys will call the number and tell me that they’re at the front door. this punk went all the way back to the store and called me. who doesn’t have a cell phone?? really??? Then comes back to give me my food and the total was $40 and some change and I had a $50 bill and he wouldn’t take it because he gave me this big spiel about how it’s company policy!!! after I would have given him a tip, it would’ve only been five dollars and change maybe!!! Really disappointed with last few times I've had pizza delivered. My son ordered thin crust pepperoni with pineapple and light sauce and order cinnamon bread was told it be 45 minutes at midnight on Friday night. I understand waiting 45 minutes but having hot pizza that wasn't overcooked would have been be nice. I called speak to someone, she offered credit for pizza only, was 28.00 for pizza, cinnamon bread, side of banana peppers and garlic sauce. Cinnamon bread was cold too but it wasn't overcooked. She said next time I need to order the pizza lightly cooked that is how a thin crust is suppose to come. She should have gave credit on whole order. The only reason I give it two-star rating in general is because the driver was awesome The guy that delivered it was sweet as can be but the food was horrible it was burnt and didn't have any toppings on it at all It was the most horrible excuse for a sandwich I ever had!!!
