McDonald's — Restaurant in Hamilton

Owners, extremely Rude, Full of lies and willing to justify those lies. My experience while at this Mc Donalds was very frustrating and plainly made me quite upset to have had to deal with it at all. Ill try and keep this short. While their, they were mopping the floors i noticed they where so extremely slippery that i told my wife they better be careful theirs alot of older people in here. Showing an example i was able to take 2 quick steps and slide literally 5 feet on their floor like I was on ice. All of a sudden I heard from the Owners Son i find out an extremely loud shout HEY DONT DO THAT! Coming from a 27 years old owners Son. Immediatly setting me on edge having someone yell so loudly. I turned to him and realizing he worked their i told him, I shouldnt be able to slide 5 feet across the floor your the general manager you shouldnt let the floor be this slick. And being a general manager you shouldnt be yelling at your customers theirs far better ways to to talk to me and get a response your looking for. At this time his mother comes out of the restroom and getting in between the two of us as her son was quite close to my face already. Of course she was immiedietly on his side and asked to see my shoes tred. I laughed because I saw immiedietly she was trying to justify the slippery floors as my fault. To bad my shoe tred was quite large being hiking shoes and i happily showed her. Her son being withing 6 inches of my face i made a quick demenstion of how close he had gotten to my face by taking a half step forward because we were only six inches apart because of his aggressive stance he took with me. Showing to all onlookers what was obvious and verbally pointing out his yelling and how close to my face he had been getting. And told them lets look up the video of your Son the general managers actions. I was told to leave then and my wife and i were happy to. Being as we were already on our way out. The mother (owner) told me the tiles were getting changed soon showing she knew how slippery they were. She said they only used water to mop the floors. That seemed quite impossible, And i said so. As i was able to slide 5 feet quite a distance with 2 steps. When i mentioned her son and his proximity to me she said it was me who got close to him, i immiedatly replied again lets take a look at your cameras and see what the truth is again. She of course didnt want to and just told me to leave again but she was following us and we were already outside. It was an uncomfortable experience to say the least and i guess what i deserve for going to a fast food restaurant. The 40 something manger they had on duty not even knowing what had happened of course came out while we were still inside and gave the 27 Year old general manager an eye roll of course to show how he supported him, of course. A fantastic morning for breakfast. I suppose its my fault really for eating at a mcdonalds in the first place. Thiers more to this story little things left out but ive already left a book here showing how upset i am with...

On Monday morning of July 3rd 2023, I was going to quench my thirst and to supply my hunger the necessary nutrients to give me energy. So I arrived on my bicycle ready to go nutty on that delectable grimace meal. When I walked in about to take my order that’s when I met the most fantastic worker, his name was Silas. Once I got my certificate of buying valuables I take it to the front counter to exchange government currency for the delightful combination of assorted pastry’s and treats. When I was waiting for some customer service a young man approached me. It was Silas. When I went to give him my receipt he casually grazed my hands and it made me blush. My total for the bill was $9.70 US dollars and he asked me being the gentle and giving person he is if I wanted to round up to charity. It made me get butterflies in my stomach when I realized how much of a respectful young man he is. I gave him a $20 dollar bill so he had to give me my excess money. That’s when he said the most funny and charming saying ever. He asked me guess how much money I will get back. “I don’t know” I giggled. Then he said 10 then I started to fall down in the middle of the restaurant screaming and laughing. Silas then backfliped over the counter to help me up. He grabbed me with his big muscular and veiny arms. He helped me up if the ground and that’s when we made eye contact. I looked at his beautiful eyes for over 10 minutes and that’s when he held the back of my head and we kissed.

WOULD GIVE LESS STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Terrible wait times, only one lane open, none of the employees up front seemed like they knew what they were doing. When we went through the drive thru the lady that answered the drive thru, rude didn’t listen very well had to repeat a couple times what we wanted. It was a mobile order, apparently something was wrong with the app.. which they didn’t tell us until we had waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru, and said “the items that we ordered on the app weren’t available” so they just cancelled the order, without explanation/or asking, and when we asked what would happen to our money and the lady just shrugged? And then another employee walked up to the window and asked us “do you know how the app works?” With severely rude attitude, she then rudely explained that she didn’t know when it would go back into the account it just would, and then they retyped the order in and tried to get us to pay for it a second time, but because of the payment and then cancellation of payment, locked our card up and we didn’t even get our food. Honestly everyone one in Hamilton should go to they’ll there so...
