update in response to Jennifer You attempted to gaslight me then and I can see that you are attempting to do that again. I also whole heartedly believe you were trying to be vengeful. You didn't go over at home care my initial appointment, and the second appointment once I asked you what I could do to improve my results. You didn't say I had a "tone" prior to doing my set only after. I said it was ok to proceed with a whole set - money is not an issue, but after you told me not to schedule for 2 weeks but for three I had questions what I could do differently to retain Neither here nor there. I know believe you placed the set I have now with temporary lash glue, within the first day I lost a large chunk of lashes on both eyes. Not only that you didn't wash your hands and now I have a case of conjunctivitis. I hope you can take this opportunity and learn from it . I feel bad that the owner of the salon will lose clients because of how you choose to operate your independent contract.
I wanted to reach out and share some feedback regarding a recent experience I had with one of your lash technicians, Jennifer Vera.
During my last visit, I asked a simple question about how I might improve my lash care routine, as I noticed they didn’t seem to last the full three weeks as expected. My intention was never to criticize her work—just to learn what I could do better. Unfortunately, Jennifer seemed to misinterpret my question, and I left feeling that my words were taken out of context and misrepresented. After my appointment she said maybe another lash tech would be a better fit as I tried to reschedule.
It was a disappointing interaction, and I felt the situation could have been handled with more professionalism and understanding. I’ve always appreciated the services your salon provides, and it’s disheartening to have had this kind of experience.
I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it will be taken constructively. I truly value the atmosphere and services your salon offers and would love to continue being a client.

Read moreVery pleased. I had a great stylist who was very friendly and kind. Asked what I wanted..I love my new haircut. She did highlights and lowlights as well as layering and had to cut a lot of because it has been a long time since getting my last hair cut. They keep it really clean. I guess my only suggestion..is that I was there for quite awhile just sitting. I wish they would have offered something to drink such as coffee or a soft drink..juice..etc. None was offered to me. I would have paid. There was a salon I used to go to in Liberty Township and the first thing they do is bring you a beautiful bottle of water. I think the bottles say "Vorcross" on it. I saved it but lost it in my move. Then they bring you coffee.. excellent brewed and fresh. Then during your haircut they ask you if you need another coffee or something else. This salon was even more expensive than the price I paid in Liberty Township and they go out of their way to make sure your comfortable. This spa just has some old looking Keurig coffee pot that looked like it hadn't been used for years. I saw no where you could get a sprite, water etc. Very disappointed in that. They could improve this because while you are sitting there hungry and thirsty it's quite noisy in there with all the stylists yelling and laughing what others want from a particular place for lunch which seemed unprofessional and excessive noise in there. Otherwise..the only good thing I can say is I like my haircut and stylist. But they have a lot to...
Read moreThe owner, Casey, is a horrible person. She is disrespectful, rude, a liar, and does not communicate well. I honestly do not understand how a person with this little maturity can own and keep open a business.
To make a long story short a contract was written in December/January for a PRIVATE bridal suite in an upstairs room for a Saturday in June. The mother of the bride was in and out of the salon multiple times getting her hair done, wedding beauty trails and in conversation about the private suite and contract. The week of the wedding (three days before) the owner called to say that we no longer had the suite. She rented it out to a yoga studio back in January. She told us that she just forgot to mention it.
How do you forget to mention that the room we were promised was not available. This was the ONLY reason we picked this salon and she knew that. So, NO, she did not forget, knowing that it was the week of and there would be no time to find another place she trapped us into coming. The day of the wedding we did go to her salon, again because we were not given a choice or time to find another place .We were in the main area of the salon with other customers coming and going.
Not only is this horrible business but awful character. I feel sorry for Casey and will pray for her. My hope is that other brides will see this review and stay far away from this salon. No bride should have to deal with a very avoidable set back the week of...
