This is very difficult for me to say because I love your food!!! Well, when it's prepared correctly. But I will not be finding out if the issues get taken care of. I won't be back I'm not on here complaining about a 1 time instance. I used to go to your restaurant 2 or 3 times a week but after today's dinner I won't return. You all haven't had mild sauce for over a week and I understand it happens but get it corrected. This is not the reason for this post, I can deal with that. However what I refuse to deal with is the lack and disregard I have repeatedly experienced. I have expensive dental work and have requested multiple times including this recent visit that the preparation of food be fresh. I love the beef chalupa when the shells are soft as they are supposed to be but every time for the past two weeks 5to7 times I have went there the shells are not just a little "sit to long " hard they have been "sit way way past that" I have requested fresh every time without success. I mean I don't expect straight out fresh but I know the difference in a little time passed and a lot of time passed. These at the state they've been in should have been thrown out. This time when I took a bite it literally scratch the roof of my mouth but what was I to do. I got off work and was hungry and with not many options for another meal, I ate it anyway but I have decided to not return. They can't accommodate my wishes then I just can't eat there again. I'm sorry but something needs to be addressed with the employees or more training done. I'm not sure of the steps that need to be taken but it's fine because...

I usually prefer this location because the other Hamilton location too frequently got my order wrong (I can't eat certain things for dietary/intolerance reasons). This location has left things out of our order a few times here and there which is always a little irritating but I get it, mistakes happen and they were usually on top of things. The other day, however, I ordered food here and they left out about $10 worth of food from the order (my entire order, while the people I was with got all of their items). We went back through the drive thru and explained the situation and the lady at the speaker acted annoyed and was very snippy with us. Then we made it to the window and they only gave us 2 of the missing items and when we pointed it out she started yelling at us and told us we said two at the window (we did not and everyone in the car can attest to that). We apologized if there was confusion but we said 3 and paid for three and she yelled "No! You're not getting another one!" and two other employees behind her threw their hands up in annoyance and said they weren't going to make our food, they're busy, and we should've told them what we wanted (again, we did and I paid for it already). At that point we just left but I was very upset about the entire experience. After we drove off I burst into tears. I felt frustrated, upset, a little humiliated to be yelled at, and still didn't even have my full order. Not Only Did I Feel Very Rushed To Order But When i Got To The Window To Pay For My Food And Had Forgot To Order Two Items DUE TO BEING RUSHED. The Cahier Then Told Me I Was Not Allowed To Add To My Order I Said I Had NEVER HEARD SUCH A THING IN MY LIFE . He Then Proceeded To Tell Me That The Manager He Was Working Under Would Absolutely Not Allow Him To Add Anything To My Order Because They Where Busy And Proceeded to Tell Me His Name Is Michael When He Seen I Was Not Very Happy. 1 You Should Never Rush Your Customers In To Feeling As They Are Taking too Long To Order, A Paying Customer Is A Paying Customer. 2 Your Job As A Franchise or Corporate Fast Food Restaurant Is To UPSELL As Much As Possible i Dont Care What your Position MANAGER, CASHIER, COOK. Your Working Together As A TEAM To PROVIDE Excellent Customer service & Delicious Food . 3 The Fact That The Cashier Felt The Need To Throw His Manager Under the Bus And Point Fault At SomeOne Else Shows That The amount of Respect For Eachother Is Nonexistent Which Is Absolutely Unprofessional & Shows How Much TEAMWORK Is Practiced In The Company . The worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell it was Taco Bell on High Street I went there got two number sixes and that's really bizarre so hard you just staring at the window and break it the tacos were we're old and soft when they were supposed to be hard tacos no meat in them call them went back the next day they wouldn't want to give me fresh food to replace it with a receipt this is a picture of the taco they sent me do you see and cheese I don't the very sad excuse for something and then there's an order again give us three tacos and two chalupas supposed to be 4 chalupas 2 Tacos I will never return to this Taco Bell in my life I have work Taco Bell most my life and I know how the food supposed to be in this is very unacceptable I will do their survey today and it will be not a good one

The only good thing about this visit was the customer service. The food was not only COLD but 3/4 lettuce. I usually go the the location on Nilles in Fairfield but tonight chose to go to the closer location. Big mistake! I don't necessarily expect my food to look like the pictures however, I expect the same quantities of product and maybe a little bit of warmth. There are few fast food places that have menu items available that don't feel greasy and unhealthy and you pay extra for that feeling. When you purchase the most expensive item a restaurant offers there is an expectation of quality which was not even close to being achieved here. You can tell from the photos what was screen shotted from the menu and what I received. Go out of your way to go to a slightly better location...
