This is very difficult for me to say because I love your food!!! Well, when it's prepared correctly. But I will not be finding out if the issues get taken care of. I won't be back I'm not on here complaining about a 1 time instance. I used to go to your restaurant 2 or 3 times a week but after today's dinner I won't return. You all haven't had mild sauce for over a week and I understand it happens but get it corrected. This is not the reason for this post, I can deal with that. However what I refuse to deal with is the lack and disregard I have repeatedly experienced. I have expensive dental work and have requested multiple times including this recent visit that the preparation of food be fresh. I love the beef chalupa when the shells are soft as they are supposed to be but every time for the past two weeks 5to7 times I have went there the shells are not just a little "sit to long " hard they have been "sit way way past that" I have requested fresh every time without success. I mean I don't expect straight out fresh but I know the difference in a little time passed and a lot of time passed. These at the state they've been in should have been thrown out. This time when I took a bite it literally scratch the roof of my mouth but what was I to do. I got off work and was hungry and with not many options for another meal, I ate it anyway but I have decided to not return. They can't accommodate my wishes then I just can't eat there again. Read moreI usually prefer this location because the other Hamilton location too frequently got my order wrong (I can't eat certain things for dietary/intolerance reasons). This location has left things out of our order a few times here and there which is always a little irritating but I get it, mistakes happen and they were usually on top of things. The other day, however, I ordered food here and they left out about $10 worth of food from the order (my entire order, while the people I was with got all of their items). We went back through the drive thru and explained the situation and the lady at the speaker acted annoyed and was very snippy with us. Then we made it to the window and they only gave us 2 of the missing items and when we pointed it out she started yelling at us and told us we said two at the window (we did not and everyone in the car can attest to that). We apologized if there was confusion but we said 3 and paid for three and she yelled "No! You're not getting another one!" and two other employees behind her threw their hands up in annoyance and said they weren't going to make our food, they're busy, and we should've told them what we wanted (again, we did and I paid for it already). At that point we just left but I was very upset about the entire experience. After we drove off I burst into tears. I felt frustrated, upset, a little humiliated to be yelled at, and still didn't even have my full order.
