I received a gift card for pizza Hut. I've tried on 4 different occasions to use it. First time I placed an order over the phone and informed them I would carry out and pay with a gift card. Upon arrival they told me I couldn't use my gift card that night and I had to pay for my pizzas. I was a little annoyed and ended up paying anyway. (That day got my whole order wrong) second time. Called around 7 pm to place an order for delivery and they told me the wait time was 4 hours......seriously?!?! Is this a joke?!?! Called another time for delivery for dinner around 5 pm they were out of cheese.......how Is this happening to me I must ask. I NEVER EVEN EAT PIZZA HUT. ONLY REASON I'M TRYING TO IS BC I HAVE A GIFT CARD FOR PETE'S SAKE!!! last and final time I tried was today. For delivery...guess what. Quote....they weren't offering delivery tonight.....glad you can pick and choose whatever you want the rules to be day by day.....called domino's. Totally being satisfied with domino's. Anyone want a free 30 dollar gift card to crappy hammond...
Read moreI have been here a total of two times and both experiences have left me dissatisfied. The first experience, I walked in and felt the hostile energy from manager to employee. She entered my order wrong in the system and when it was time to confront this flaw in my order, she yelled at the employee when she was the one who made the error. The second time, I walked in and my order was taken. I spelled my name carefully to the employee behind the counter and IT WAS SPELLED WRONG when I went to pick up my order. Obviously this isn’t a big deal but this was the first in minor inconveniences that added up. I was with a friend and noticed that despite ordering the same thing her total was less than mine. Come to find out, the employee did not listen, got my order wrong and I had to pay for another item separately. Because of the error on the employees side, I was forced to pay more because of lack of attention meant I was not offered the same meal deals...
Read moreWe are regulars at this location. However, we were very disappointed in our delivery and pizzas last night. We placed our order at 5:50pm. According to the tracker, our order was at Quality Check at 6:01. At 6:51, I received a text saying our driver was on their way. We live less than 5 minutes away. Fast forward to 7:15, I’m placing a call to see where our delivery driver is because our pizzas were still not here. I was told they took multiple deliveries and they’d be there. I was never offered any sort of explanation or apology for the order taking so long. Our pizzas finally arrived at 7:30, an hour and 40 minutes after order placement.
