Go to this Taco Bell a lot and the service is ok. This time I asked to switch to two chzy gord chrunches instead of the combo. I was told you can’t switch on the combo, to which I repeated I just wanted two chzy gord chrunches. Took about three minutes of them telling me the same thing when I wanted to just change my order. I understood quite clearly that you couldn’t sub out, it wasn’t my fault the cashier had “cashed me out already.” I wasn’t told how much it was so how did you already press the cash out button, and what if I wanted to pay with card? Me and my family have been sitting in this drive thru for about 30 minutes now and nothing is moving. Cant get out of line because of blocks in the road. Do you morons have one person in there taking orders and making the dam food. To the owners you need to get rid of EVERY ONE currently working here . Find some people that can read and add then open back up. This is completely miserable. I have a baby in the car crying and cant get out of line. So stuck here waiting for your totally useless staff.
