Eggholic - Indian Street Food — Restaurant in Hampden Township

I recently placed an order for two wraps from the restaurant, with the specific request for them to be served as hot wraps. To my surprise, one of the wraps was delivered cold instead of being the intended hot wrap. I promptly contacted the restaurant seeking an explanation, as I had picked up the order within 5 minutes of it being ready. The response I received was perplexing – they mentioned that the wrap wouldn't stay hot for more than 5 minutes. This explanation seemed contradictory given the short timeframe between order placement and pickup and 2nd wrap being hot.

Upon inspecting the cold wrap, it became evident that it wasn't prepared properly. The cheese was clumped together and hadn't melted as expected. Not so happy with food. Paneer curry was like just thick paste amd not proper curry as you expect. It was so sour and also made by stomach upset. We ordered two naan.. i was expecting proper tandoori naan and these guys gave something very different like frozen stuff. Also, ordering is very poorly managed by them. You order first and pay when you dine.. i wanted something else too and i was asked to stand in line again and order and pay.
