Used to like this place, the manager always treated me well. However, I was moving and traded in my old sega saturn. Was pretty desperate for gas money. What are you gonna do? They gave me 20 bucks for it. They already relabeled it for sale for 120 and told me that they could only offer 20 dollars because it would be so hard to sell. Come on, man... I mean, I get that you have to make a profit, but that's just taking a massive advantage.
As per managers' response:
Ohhhhhh? Alright then, let's play this game. According to you, it was partly reduced down to 20 dollars because it needed repair, right? Let's take you at your word and say I sold you a really damaged console. Just a hunk of junk. Heck, you were generous giving me 20 bucks, right? So, sure, you took my completely messed up damaged broken console that wasn't even worth 20 bucks and then you uhh.... "repaired it" and sold it to someone else for $120. I wonder how many other consoles you sell that aren't even worth 20 dollars then get resold after you "repair" them, huh?
(For those wondering. It didn't come with cables, I waited until they could test it before picking up the 20 dollars. They never said anything was wrong with it. I played romance of the three kingdoms on it before I traded it in, and it saved, so even the cmos was fine. I couldn't find the cables because I had already packed them and they said it wouldn't be a problem since the cables don't cost much. But you know, don't believe me. Believe the manager. It was really damaged, and he's selling you a real damaged console that he...

Ive been an irregular customer since 2016 and have bought things here and there but rarely sold because of the above statement. today I came in with $445 approx valued games to sell. I expect a low offer cash but then the Owner offers me 135. I explain how that's way too low then explains to me the games will sit and not sell right away and probably will sell online for less. I tell him I was expecting $200 but said that was impossible. I proceed to tell him I'm between a rock and a hard place and need money ASAP. He then tells me as a good Christian he will lend me the 15 dollars. LEND ME. He mentioned something about the market was not like used to be and it sounded almost like he was struggling as a business. Tell me if he and his business is struggling he can afford a Tesla model X? I don't know anyone or would find it hard to believe someone struggling owning a Tesla.
I provided a photo of the games I sold. you can compare eBay sold listing or price charting. also crystar was new sealed and the other games were complete and the 3ds games were loose.

Read moreI am genuinely shaken by what I saw here. When I arrived, I was greeted not by a storefront, but by a mountain of garbage so massive it looked like a landfill had swallowed the entrance. Black bags torn open, random debris spilling everywhere — it was a scene of pure neglect. Calling it a pig sty feels like an understatement.
I couldn’t even make it inside. The door was literally blocked by the heaps of trash piled high outside. And then came the smell. It wasn’t just bad — it was putrid, suffocating, and revolting beyond words. The stench clung to me, made me feel sick to my stomach, and honestly left me in disbelief that this was a functioning business.
I stood there, devastated. I couldn’t believe my eyes, and I couldn’t believe my nose. No customer should ever have to encounter conditions like this. It felt like a health hazard, like something the city should shut down immediately.
This wasn’t unprofessional — it was inhuman. I left without stepping inside, shaken and disgusted. If you value your health, your dignity, and your basic sense of decency, avoid this place at all costs. Some seriously bad stuff...
