McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampden Township

Order drive through breakfast. My order was repeated correctly to me 3 times by the staff. When I got home I was given the wrong sandwiches. I drove back, waited in line again, and made it clear what the mistake was and that I was also expecting some sort of refund due to the fact that I had to return and fix the error made by them. The supervisor was at the first window. I handed him the prior receipt and also repeated my order again. When I got to the window he hands me two new sandwiches and I had to request that the order be refunded. He told me he could do that but he would give me A sandwich voucher. I had ordered 2 sandwiches, bit something is better than nothing. I check the sandwiches when I get back home and they are incorrect AGAIN! Not going back at this point, but there is clearly no attention paid to what they are doing, even when they have been presented with an error. I have worked in food service for a combined decade and when you or your employees mess up, you make sure it doesn't happen again, especially not twice to the same customer in the same bloody...

I will never go back here again, it’s not enough that we have had to go back numerous times to get stuff they forgot to give us. Today we ordered an egg McMuffin a sausage McMuffin and a small orange juice. We only got an egg McMuffin and an orange juice. My husband was told he didn’t order a sausage McMuffin, and that he would have to go back around to reorder...really? They couldn’t of used front register since it was their mistake? When he got home, I opened my egg McMuffin, wasn’t fit for human consumption, I took a picture of it , but no place to post, will see if Incan post in pictures section. The bun was as hard as could be, the sandwich looked like it sat there for hrs...will never use this place again! Totally disappointed, would be ashamed to serve this to anyone. Ordered double quarter pounder with cheese plain meal medium size  with frozen coke substitution and a 10 piece chicken nuggets via drive through. It came to $18.00; prices really went up.  At payment window verified order was told yes burger ordered as plain. Went to pick up window and asked to pull over and wait.  After a 5 minute wait food brought out  drove off only to find the burger had everything on it and all other food was cold.  Called to let them know the order was wrong and was given reasons as to why I had to wait.  I didn't need an explanation why I  had to wait I wanted a fix for the food they got wrong.  The person on the other end was rather rude. Asked for info from a receipt I did not receive .. what a mess!  Couldn't even verify what I got charged...
