Arby's — Restaurant in Hampton Township

Went thru the drive thru today around 12:45. The older woman who was working the window was extremely rude and acted like I was completely putting her out when I asked for extra sauce. She did not give me the correct change and when I went inside to let them know I did not get the correct change the manager as well acted like I was putting them out asking for the $10.00 I was shorted. I also ordered something else while in there and when the young girl behind the counter asked what size the manager told her what size to give to me. Did not even let me answer. Worst customer service I have EVER had. I have read other reviews and it looks like this woman at the drive thru is not good with customers. If you don't want to fire her put her in the kitchen where she does not have to deal with the public. I will never go back...

The food quality is typically consistent with fast food. However on our most recent drive through trip, we were disgusted to find a soggy filter from a cigarette in the bag among the premium nuggets. The bag only contained nuggets and was shut until we arrived home. When my son went to take the nuggets out of the bag, the cigarette butt fell onto the table. My son was mortified.

I called the restaurant to let them know about the experience and was simply told that no one there smokes so they don’t know how this happened. I’m not sure if this was a teenage prank or an accident, but it is very disturbing. I would have expected more concern from the employee I spoke with. Very rude and trashy employees tonight. Came here at 8:03pm and the website says that they close at 10. All the lights were off, except the kitchen. Upon driving up to the speaker, I immediately got an attitude. If you were closing early tonight, you should have said that upon me driving up to the speaker. I don’t care if you were about to close or if you were open for 2 hours, you don’t give an attitude to a paying customer. I was rushed through my order and got a ‘anything else’ and a ‘K’ after every item I ordered. When I drove up to the window, and looked inside it was a tall guy with blonde hair and a shorter female with dark black hair and I got the DIRTIEST look from them both. I will not be returning.
