I ordered here on the Wendy's app on my lunch break. Ordered 2 sandwiches for carry out because as the app states, they are indeed open for carry out. When I arrived at the time my food was supposed to be done for (12:35, I ordered the food around 12:15), the door to the lobby was locked. Confusing, but I figured maybe they forgot to unlock the lobby door. I saw a couple cars in the drive through so I thought I would give that a try.
There were two cars ahead of me at the one at the order speaker was waiting a good 7- 10 minutes to be spoken to. (This is not an exaggeration I was looking at the clock an awful lot) During this time I watched a staff member exit the door I found to be locked earlier to sit in their vehicle. Minutes later an elderly couple tried to enter the lobby and she explained that the lobby was closed to them.
They finally took the first vehicle's order and made the second wait another 7 minutes. I'm overhearing that a lot of the stuff This man's trying to order is out. Normally I would have left by now but I already paid for my meal ($16 for two sandwiches) and I had presumed it had already been made and wouldn't be refunded unless I spoke to someone (Something I'd rather not have to do after waiting in a drive-through for so long).
Finally it was my turn and I waited about 6 minutes before they would talk to me, I'm assuming it's because the car in front of me got their food and they could focus on me now.
I explained my situation. At this point I was assuming this must just be a bad day for them. Maybe everyone walked off the job and there was only 1 person running the place, that would explain everything and I can sympathize with that. But when I pulled up, they had a decently staffed kitchen... the ones I had interacted with were polite and respectful though.
Thank goodness the food was already made up for me because by the time I had left the drive-through, it was 12:56 and I had to hurry back to work.
The sandwiches were tasty but seemed rather lacking in toppings, but I'm my situation I couldn't care enough about that.
The wait time is rather unacceptable for a fast food chain and I think management should have disabled the option for carry out if the lobby was closed, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted 40 minutes of my lunchtime waiting on fast food. My advice don't come here if...

When i opened it there was no chicken no honey and the biscuit was very stale tasting. I had not had breakfast so i took a bite and had to spit it out i couldnt eat a $4 biscuit because it was so stale. Then i call to just get my sandwich replaced and the gentleman who answered was not very friendly. He took my name and i took his as well. Im not going to throw his name out there but i worked as a manager for 6 years at a mcdonald's and if i overheard a crew member or another manager be so condescending to a customers i would have to reprimand that person or report them to corporate. I know its not a pleasant job and dealing with some people just sucks but i wasnt rude about it at all. I dont even want my sandwich replaced from this location. I will go out of my way to go to a different location from now on. Which is not ver convenient for myself. I live so far away. I do have to say this specific location has definitely gone done hill and with that said i am no longer a customer there. Every time I go into this specific location their bathrooms are so disgusting for the last 2 weeks now they have had water flooding from out of the men's bathroom coming out to the hallway where you walk to go to the restrooms and they have a sign up they don't mop it up they haven't had it fixed it's disgusting and it actually smells and then in the women's bathroom I don't think the toilets ever get washed or cleaned they always have feces all over them it's just this establishment...
Read more(UPDATED) As a previous shift lead for a different location and franchise ownership, this is quite unacceptable. I've visited this location between the hours 9:30 and 9:45 PM, I understand the lobby closes at 10 PM but regardless, I've had two incorrect orders.
The first visit was rush hour at night, nothing against the crew members however they did forget two items of mine, and the manager screamed "Close the f--king lobby" while customers were still present, not exactly professional.
My most recent visit was two sandwiches, asked for no tomato but received tomato on both sandwiches. I had ordered a honey BBQ nugget but received buffalo, and they also had forgotten my fry until I reminded them. The service from the crew member who took my order was not the greatest either, his attitude seemed like he could really care less about the customer. Overall, my experience is highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory, I hope things improve.
(UPDATE) Came in about 2:30 PM, the manager on site at the time was very respectful and actually seemed to care about the quality and service he was providing. The girl who had taken my order was in a rush to get the order done, had an attitude, and was overall not interested in the care of the customer. She had assisted an elderly gentlemen after me, and he was visibly and vocally annoyed at her consistent corrections to his order he was trying to make. On top of this, there was two long hairs found in the sandwiches I had ordered. What the hell? Because of this, my rating is even lower. I do not recommend this...
