McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampton

Today, 9 Sept 2023, I waited in the car line for 45 minutes. No problems, I still had time to get to the kids appointment at 10:45. When I got to the pickup window, I was given the drinks and was told to move to pickup lane #1. I move to lane #1 and then checked my receipt to make sure everything was ordered. I noticed that they had a sausage, egg, cheese biscuit instead of the mcmuffin. I went inside to let them know about error. Long story short. The manager was passive-aggressive. I kept asking how long will it be because I had an 10:45 a.m. appointment. The times that I asked, I was ignored, looked at and one time she said wait, she'll be with me. She didn't acknowledge me again until 10:41 by saying did you get your sandwich. I said no you told me to wait when I kept asking how long and that I need to be somewhere at 10;45. She went to check on the sandwich and can back with a few seconds later. This manager was intentionally being nasty. I know this because she looked at me one time, said something to a helper and laughed. I also heard her asked the cook if she dropped the sausage, egg, cheese mcgriddle on the floor. The second time she asked, the cook said no. The manager said you should have, because the woman insist on ordering breakfast when it was over. Also when I got back to the car my granddaughter said there was was a bug in her sprite, it was. I told her to throw it out window on the parking lot and als one of my hashbrowns was broken in half and put inside the bag with no holder. By the way when I got into the car...

Willow oak mickey D, prices are higher than the one they closed on mercury blvd.??? Food seemed to had been sitting for a while. I ordered a frappe' moca flavored. They made it like ice coffee with extra chipped ice? Hmmm? Pembroke ave. MD frappe's are on point. Great service and food doesnt appear to have been sitting under a lamp waiting for someone to buy it. Its already fast food. It makes no sense to make it and let it sit like that. Its just gross and a waste of my money cause i end up just throwing it away or trying to feed birds or something. Food is like that evetytime i go to willow oaks bad stale food everytime. Horrible experience. Not going to even mention much about the men that come in there the early mornings and bully customers. I actually watched an older man yank another customers bag out of their hand after they bought their food togo and grabbed some condiments and man accused the person of taking to many!! That is messed up. The person ordered alot of food the man didnt know that he was just being a jerk. And the employees didnt apologize or anything about that mans actions!! I see him there every morning i would go there. I only went there like 2 times after that. Between stale food and bully regulars that drink coffee there every morning was enough for me to give up on the willow oaks mickey D's , I highly recommend Pembroke ave over them any day. And a customer wouldnt get away with being a bully to other customers there either. Pembroke ave 5 stars , willow oaks 1 just because zero...

If I could give absolutely no stars I would. This is by far the worst Mc Donald’s I have EVER been to. Every time I go my order is wrong or I am told to pull over and wait for my order .. I have ended up waiting close to 10 minutes twice !! I never order anything more than a burger and fries ... Let’s not get started on the night staff which need to be re evaluated, just completely rude and disgusting. As I was sitting in a stand still line of three cars after my order was taken by a young lady my friend and I were having a conversation in which a young male interrupted on the microphone to say “shut up I don’t need to hear yalls conversation” then proceeds to laugh, as soon as I come up to the window I ask to speak with him and the manager. The young man apologized and said his mic was connected on accident and it was a joke as the manager told me she over heard her employees laughing in the back did not know what was going on. However she did noting but tell the rude boy to go back to the kitchen. As a costumer spending money at this establishment and employee should never come out of their mouth to any costumer especially when not being spoken to. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! WILL NOT...
