I wish I could give zero stars. Very slow and inattentive employeeS. Drive up ordering spot is broken and after a minute or so waiting at the very dark area i finally saw the very small sign telling me to go to the first window to order. After waiting there for a minute or two for someone to come to the window to take the order, i finally pilled up to the second window where a gaggle of employees were standing around BSing. They jumped to it and the man who took our order couldn't be understood. Get someone in the window who can speak clearly. We ordered and handed over my credit card which he took to the back, or somewhere out of site for seven or eight minutes. What the heck was he doing out of site for so long? Other employees just milling around not doing anything. They could have at least pitched in and gotten the drinks together. Our order was for six people so there were quite a few items to prepare. When he finally returned with my CC, he then started makibg all of the drinks which took another seven or eight minutes. We were handed three happy meals for the kids and waited a few more minutes for someone to tell us to pull forward and wait in the parking lot. The rest of the order finally arrived. The only thing that was good was that the order was filled accurately. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a fast (and I use that term very loosely)...
Read moreThe service was horrible. We waited for 40mins in the drive-thru for them to finally come to the window after being at the window for 20mins to get our food. Some girl came to the window and asked what we ordered. After we were honking to their attention. She definitely doesn't have customer service as her response was she doesn't have time for this and then closed the window. Then another girl came to the window and said that they don't have what we ordered and that she's going to refund us. I asked if she was the manager and told her how is that possible and why were we sitting at the window for 20mins before someone told us that. I asked her name multiple times and finally she said destiny and then I asked for the other girls name she rolled her eyes and wouldn't give it me. She said that she didn't know we were sitting for 20 mins due to her being on the other side. They was no one inside places orders and she failed as a manager to do her job and assure customer service. She could have apologized for the lack of service we received and offered to see if we wanted to order anything else. This McDonald's needs to be evaluated and see what they were so busy doing that they couldn't do what they were being paid to do. From the lack of the manager to the girl at the window service...
Read moreI visited this location today. Service time was a bit SLOW. It took approximately 10 minutes before I got my order, and my order was INCORRECT!
I chose not to complain, and the food that I did get was fine.
The restaurant staff was OK, and I actually saw a MANAGER take a tray out to a customer's table.
The rest of the crew was a bit, well GHETTO, but the food I ate was just fine.
I recommend that the CREW gets ADDITIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, and I YES A BIT MORE PAY FOR THERE HARD WORK, might help WITH the MOTIVATION level displayed during my visit.
But I'd only give RAISES, to those people who PERFORM, or at least are BUSTING there TAILS, to make the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BETTER!
If the TABLETOPS, and COUNTERS were CLEANED a COUPLE TIMES PER HOUR, that would also help.
I cannot comment of the RESTROOM as I didn't need to use it.
But if my RECOMMENDATIONS are noticed the next time I visit this location, then I'll GLADY GIVE A BETTER REVIEW.
In all FAIRNESS, this location is one of the BETTER ONES, in the 757.
