Subway — Restaurant in Hampton

I go here a lot but I’m not coming to this location anymore. I order on the app for the first time & I put 2 large sodas but for some reason it put smalls? So the lady said to go get your sodas so I got the two larges I was filling up and she comes and says you didn’t get large you got small and I said I’m sorry I’ll pay for the large. it was supposed to be large but the app put small? And she just kept saying you got small you got small! I was like here just take the cups and she said no it’s okay than went to go tell the guy that was in the back and he said yeah it’s supposed to have small I was like I put large on the app can I pay for the large? Than.. He said no I already paid for small which I understand.. I’m just mad cause the lady kept yelling you got small you got small like I GET IT! The food was bad. Little meat on the steak and cheese? Not even toasted? Ice cold.. and I also got tuna little bit of tuna on the sandwich and not toasted. The churro was hard as a rock! My jaw popped. Worst subway...

Just went to the Subway on Mercury in front of big lots ... I've been going there for some yrs.. and have never experienced the most rude employee in the history of me going there ....usually its 3 siblings that usually run the place . I guess they no longer work there .. . Yo this chick was slamming things ... just mad to be at work .. just a disappointment .. but Subway i tell you this ....you better get them siblings back !!!!or you WILL lose lots of business .. I damn near waited for her to finish making my sandwich and then tell her to cancel my order.. I am so disappointed that the customer Service has hit rock bottom.. I really loved this subway .Changes must happen if you still want my business.. When the siblings were there . You always felt welcomed.. this lady was mad at the world .😡 Please fix this!!

I'm not sure if this was a franchise, but they had no weekly or daily deals, so it took me a while to figure out what I wanted. The young girl kept asking me was I ready. I felt a little rushed. There was absolutely no one in there until I was cashing out...roughly around 7:30pm when I got there. Also when I indicated I wanted my sub a certain way, it appeared to be an issue with the younger girl. I wanted my bread toasted first without any fixing. So she put it in the toaster, but the bread wasn't toasted enough. It was still soft on the inside, but by this time I'd had enough and was just ready to go. English was their second language so yea while all of this was going on I know I was being talked about. Anyway....the place was clean and that's the only positive thing I can say about my very first time at...
