NEW OWNERS!! I wanted a Chicken Finger Sub. "Golden fried breaded chicken tenders with fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, onions, and pickles on a 10" sub roll." Per their website. I text my husband what I wanted and he shows the kid at the counter. The exact text reads "Chicken finger sub Add Jalapeño Extra mayo Extra hop pepper relish

Key word is Add and the only issue should have been that I mispelled "hot". What I received was a 10" roll, their usual frozen chicken fingers (known) Jalapeño, mayo, hot relish, side of o rings.

The problem doesn't start until I called to let them know they made a mistake. Not a big deal. Cheap easy fix for a mistake they made. The kid tells me I'm wrong because I didn't specify I wanted the stuff that COMES ON THE SUB! I would usual just eat something that was made wrong but NOBODY can eat this death sub! I'm a local and use to eat here all the time. I miss the old owners! If this is how they treat those who buy their product I wish them luck. If I could give this place MINUS 5 stars I would. We have had issues before with our order being wrong, not including the entire order, charging us for 2 large pizzas when we got 2 small pizzas and most recently I called in an order for delivery. I was told the wait was about an hour, which we were fine with. I called back at an hour and 20 minutes and they claimed they never got a call from me and that I had no food on the way! Now, here I am, at 8pm and instead of enjoying a nice pizza dinner I'm writing this particularly negative review. Fantastic way to spend my friday night! I ordered to go a order of plane wings when I pick them up they were 13.75 plus tax so all but $15 when I got home and started eating them that's what they were just plain Wings 10 of them for almost $15 and I can honestly say I have never been more disappointed in ordering any kind of food and the quality and the price what a nerve. I mean truly the wings weren't even large meaty wings and unbelievably Dry. I've had their Italian sub their steak tip sub their Pizza all very good but truly a rip-off on the wings.
