Las Olas Taqueria — Restaurant in Hampton

Fresia was awesome in responsive in helping me decided how much of and what to serve a large luncheon for one of my largest customers. Food arrived right on agreed upon time, fresh, warm, smelled delicious. Everything was very well packaged/sealed, they may cute little labels for each item.....even the lettuce which likely didn't need a label :) The portions were perfect and many people ended up going home with food. It was recommended to me by a number of people from the company I provided it for. You'd think that they would be getting tired of having the same caterer multiple times in a row, but nope, they requested it and I couldn't be happier. Menu was easy, choices were diverse, you can customize however you like and gluten free options with most already packaged menu items. Something for everyone and it's real authentic, fresh, and delicious. I'll admit, at first I thought catering with tacos and mini burritos was going to be a mistake, but I'd recommend Las Olas to anyone who wants to look good and be thanked 100 times after its all over. The Hampton Las Olas crew is continuously giving their all to everyone that walks through their door in need of some good food. It's become ritualistic of my family and I to grab some tacos after returning home from long trips, and I make sure to write a note when I order online to thank them in advance for the much needed meal they'll be providing for us. Without fail, the lovely people over there have written such sweet notes on my boxes each and every time I've thought to mention my gratitude for the workers and the food they cook up for us - especially after a long day of driving, flying and dealing with the airport. My family and I are undoubtedly always happy customers when it comes to the Hampton Las Olas location and we are always looking forward to their awesome service! I’ve been going to this restaurant since they opened their first restaurant in Exeter in 2008. I’ve recently been going to the one in Hampton. Their portions have gotten even smaller in the last two months they put the scoop in and then shake off the top. My husband who never complains, said he was hungry at the end of the meal, cause they barely gave him any chicken. I had to ask for more guac because the spatula barely had anything on it and then a lot of stuck to the spatula so with the most I had 2 tablespoons. Ridiculous and then she begrudgingly gave me a teeny bit more.

I spoke with the manager who apologized and offered to refund me for the salad dressing that I got and got charged for when all I really wanted was the spicy Verde sauce!!!
