Fresia was awesome in responsive in helping me decided how much of and what to serve a large luncheon for one of my largest customers. Food arrived right on agreed upon time, fresh, warm, smelled delicious. Everything was very well packaged/sealed, they may cute little labels for each item.....even the lettuce which likely didn't need a label :) The portions were perfect and many people ended up going home with food. It was recommended to me by a number of people from the company I provided it for. You'd think that they would be getting tired of having the same caterer multiple times in a row, but nope, they requested it and I couldn't be happier. Menu was easy, choices were diverse, you can customize however you like and gluten free options with most already packaged menu items. Something for everyone and it's real authentic, fresh, and delicious. I'll admit, at first I thought catering with tacos and mini burritos was going to be a mistake, but I'd recommend Las Olas to anyone who wants to look good and be thanked 100 times after its all over.
