Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamtramck

Everyone loves Domino's Pizza, clearly this location, however, has issues it needs to address. It seems there is an issue with the delivery at this location as 3 out of 5 test orders delivered to my residence arrived cold and 45 minutes late. We watched the "pizza tracker" as the order sat for 30 minutes in " quality check" then proceed to "delivery" and watched the driver drive all over the city for 45 minutes before getting to my location. 3 times now the delivery was so bad and took so long Domino's sent email coupons for free medium pizzas. All three of these were initiated through Domino's however and I did not have to complain. Dominoes has always had great customer service but Iam tired of being comped a free pizza onto my account. The pizza at this location is only subpar. The dough is the biggest difference you will notice here and not at other locations. They seem to undercook the pizza which is strange because it still comes out with a "burnt smell" to it. Possibly, this location needs to clean its ovens or elements. Toppings are good and they put a generous amount. The 2 times out of the 5 times I ordered from this location the food was excellent 👌 I guess.. keep that up. I would rather have my order arrive on time, hot and delicious then get coupons for free pizza that most likely will...

The only reason why I gave this place a one star is because they’re not rude but at the same time they do not take accountability for their actions. I literally ordered a pasta bowl and a cheese bread. I have my boyfriend go pick up my order. I’m sitting in the car and come to realize that I’m looking at them from start to finish neither one of these two employees that was making the food and collect. The money from the customers did not wash their hand. Stop at the Tink or anything. I went in there to confront them took my food bag got refund and Tony and the girl was starting to tell me no he did why she I said no he didn’t. I watched him. From said wishes see-through, as he went around to proceed on making some loaded tots, this is unacceptable at this point when we have Covid we have all kind of different diseases and viruses going around. These people should and everybody should be on the level of washing your hands and routine of dealing with money and food and wear gloves at every establishment is very unacceptable and I’m sad for Domino’s. The fact I’m a MA now, I have 15yrs in food safety it makes 🤢 to still see this going on. Crazy part I was at work all day & was really hungry. Guess not tonight…Get it together Domino’s, update your system. Health violation...

@11pm, I placed an order, I wanted to modify called @1108 she had me on hold for 20min, called bk she said she was going to call me back, 15 min I called back no answer now it's 12pm @1220 I got someone to pick up they said they did not have my order I explained this location took my money already! She said no order, so I called other store nothing, so I checked me bank my transaction said this location, I called back10times no answer. Now I get to the store @110AM they trying to close and will not give me my food, but my food is sitting there once I get my food it hard, no sauce, Burt, I ordered 8 pizzas. I am a small business owner and was having a late games night for employees and this location really cxl any future business from me or my staff. - very poor service, very rude, really do not care about people I hate to say it, but it seems like only black people, have issue because someone from there area came and they were nice as pie to them....
