Sandy is terrible! Terrible attitude! She needs to be fired. She obviously doesn't like her job. I know a lot of people and they will no longer be coming and supportingthis location. 11am shift on November 30, 2022 . She said her name was Sandy, she was a white, blondish hair, heavy set short lady. 50s. The store was empty. My friend and I made an online order at 11am. It said the sub would be ready at 1120. As soon as we made the order we walked in. As we walked in we could tell they were making our subs. We told them. We asked if they had packets of mustard and mayo. Sandy said they could put it in containers. Another lady was making our subs, she was no problem. As we saw the containers, my friend was about to say they could put it on the sub instead. Sandy said,"what?". My friend said nevermind since you have already started. As the other coworker was making our subs, I recognized that banana peppers weren't added or olives. I asked if they could be put on the subs. In a very sarcastic tone Sandy said, "You know they have it where you can add the toppings you want online?" I had to take a breath in.. because we had been so friendly. And we were able to catch them before the subs were made. I told her that's why we came in. She had a very funky attitude. It was very uncalled for. Noone else was in the store. They were not busy. I told her we didn't think it would be a problem. She said it's that feature so we can get you in and out. I asked her what her name was, she told me and said the number is on the receipt, and that I can report her. Just terrible and ugly. I have let several of my friends know not to come to this location. Sidenote: the subs were delicious. But Sandy made our visit very unpleasant. She needs a job where she doesn't have to deal with customers...

From the beginning to end she was extremely unfriendly and distasteful. There was another worker who was working with my friend and I making our sandwiches and she seemed to pleasant. However Sandy went out of her way to be rude when maybe she needed to take a break to regulate her emotions before dealing with customers. I understand we all have bad days however we should still carry ourselves in a way that reflects well on ourselves as well as companies we represent. We had to be the first customers of the day and hopefully others after had better experiences . Sandy also encouraged us to call and voice our complaints because even she could undeniably admit she has poor customer service skills and treated us terribly.The restaurant was very clean I wish we had a better experience, I will be speaking with someone in management about...

I did an online order i came to pickup the sandwhich after the app said it was ready to pickup and I see the lone server girl jib jabbing to other customers who shes serving how shes all alone and shes about to quit. I ask her politely if shed gotten to my online order and she rudley replied that she wont be getting to them. So i wait and then leave i come back 20 minutes later to try to get reimbursed but theres no refunds on online orders. So i have to dispute a transaction now for a sandwhich i never received because management cant put together a good team for the weekend, just keep it closed on Sundays at that point if you cant find responsible people to work.
