LITERALLY THE WORST!!! I was looking for food stamp accepting food places on Google and checkers, Joseph Campau was on the list. So I called them to double check if they accept food stamp card. The employee who picked up the first time didn’t even listen to me clearly and hung up while I didn’t even finish talking. When I called the second time, all I asked her was if they take foodstamp and she was speaking so rudely. She literally was shouting “ NO WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOOD STAMPS. THIS IS A RESTAURANT” and hung up on my face Like what the hell!!! I asked her a simple question and she didn’t have to be rude this way. She could just respond like a normal person??? This happened today afternoon around 3:45 PM, February 26 2019. I think she was either the manager or one of the drive threw employee crew members. This ain’t the first time something like that happened. This has also happened couple times before. Their customer service is RUDE PERIOD. Never buying anything from them again. 💯 NOT...

Iesha the store manager is horrible, lied about the price of my food...Charged me 5 dollars more then...then to top that off the food was hard,sloppy, overcooked and stuff in one little bag...then she told me to Bring my food and receipt back in 2 weeks because she's going on vacation and she will remake my good then because she's not going to inconvenience her employees or herself with this situation... Furthermore I asked her the store number she lied and gave me another number ask her for the name of her District Manager she lied and said she doesn't know and if she did know it she wouldn't give it to ME... I have ordered from this location a few times. They are always horrifically slow. Food is usually ok. Tonight, I ordered a banana milkshake from DoorDash. I received a half empty cup of vanilla ice cream with banana flavoring on the top and bottom of the cup. Not mixed in at all, and again, it’s halfway empty. I’m assuming the machine was down (I have heard this more than once from this location), but they should have said that instead of giving me half of what I paid for, and the half that I did receive is inedible. I literally got a mouth full of banana flavoring when I took a sip.
