Update 10/2019 We gave it another try this week and it was back to being good again. Maybe they have new staff or management, but they have definitely improved a lot since our last visit.
This place has really gone downhill in the last several months. The burgers are nowhere as good as they once were. The time before last, my western bacon burger was burnt and the meat was dry. I thought maybe they just had an off night, but our most recent visit was no better. My husband and I both ordered a famous star and they were both cold. The lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes seemed to be have been left over from the day before. There seemed to be an attempt to put mayo on my bun, but it was a failed attempt. It was barely a smear on the very edge of the bun, like they had forgotten and just put a swipe on at the last second after the burger was assembled. The buns and the meat weren't the same either. My husbands burger was no better. The onion rings and fries were good, but that was all that was good. There are far better places in town to get a good burger, so I think we'll just skip the Hanford Carl's Jr. in the future. Sad to say that, as Carl's Jr used to be one of my favorite fast...

Problem was we got the wrong sandwich brought to our table they corrected it then as we started eating noticed all of our food was very cold and just sloppy I asked the cashier if we can have our entire order remade please she said let me ask the manager she came back and stated the manger said no it was hot when we made it. So I asked to speak to the Manager of the store she said that was the General Manager and that he was busy. He never came out to speak to me. Read moreUpon my arrival in the drive thru, when I began to place an order, the cashier was very short and sounded as if it was a chore to take my order. When I pulled up to the window, she took my money and when she gave me change, she had a scowl on her face and shoved my change towards me and didn't wait for me to have the money controlled. She released the money prior to me having control of it. Luckily I was able to move my hand hurriedly to catch all of the change. As soon as she released my change, she turned away as she was slamming the window. She acted very unprofessionally.
