Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Hanford

2021 When I get a craving for their all beef Kraut dogs & Hot Fudge Sundaes, I pull into Wienerschnitzel. Very delicious food & filling. It's worth the money. Friendly & fast service as well.

October 22, 2022 So I've never tried a bratwurst. Since Wienerschnitzel was advertising Bratwurst for a limited time, I thought I would try it from Wienerschnitzel, which is my all-time favorite place to eat my all beef Kraut dogs. When I got home, I couldn't wait to try what my brothers have always raved about when eating Brats. I bit into it & it was ok, but I was expecting a whole nother experience when trying Bratwurst for the first time. First off, the Bratwurst looked boiled, not grilled. It tasted like sausage, no snap to it like you were told by others a Brat has & didn't taste like it had any type of spiciness flavor to it. I just expected it to be a different first-time experience. Nothing I would have again from Wienerschnitzel. The best part out of this meal was the Root beer Float 👌😁 I will stick with my all beef Kraut dogs, which is my fave from Wienerschnitzel.

I waited many moons for my kids to get to the age where they might appreciate the classic Weinerschnitzel. That time is now. We have been to this location many times since early this year. It's a 30+ minute drive from my house. That worth mentioning.

The kids like the tator tots alot. Not many Wienershnizels in the Valley still serve them. Trust me, I tried. 😁 I personally go for the all beef chili cheese dogs. They are delicious. Their chili cheese fries are good, too. My wife loves the Chicago Dog. And for those that could care less about sugar intake, their deserts are always on point.

Due to Covid, I have only used the drive thru up to this point. The line is never long. The employees at the drive thru are always patient and well trained. When things open back up, we will try the inside dining. As long as it is clean, they will get my fifth star.

If chili dogs or the like is your game, you can't go wrong with this tasty fast food at a not so high...

Drive through time was reasonable.... about 10 minutes. Dug through the 2 bags after they were handed to us and the girl at the window reassured us our big order was all there. We drove off only to find an item was in fact missing. We drove back. Doors were locked and we were told to get back in line to get our missing item. 7 cars in line at this time. I called to let them know we just needed to pick up our missing item. She said she told us to get back in line because once the doors were locked they couldn't open them for safety reasons. While waiting in line, the door opens and she hands a man 4 cars in front of us a large drink!!!! Like, really?!
