Grullense Burrito Bowl — Restaurant in Hanford

I typically don't voice my complaints, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I visited this restaurant around 8:30 PM, with the understanding that they close at 9 PM. After selecting a few items from the menu, I ended up spending nearly $50. However, when my food arrived, I was disappointed to find it was cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. It felt like they were rushing to close down for the night.

I brought this to the attention of the staff member who served me, explaining that the food tasted as though it had not been properly cooked or warmed. Instead of offering a solution or expressing concern, she suggested warming it up in the microwave, which I declined. Her attitude was quite off-putting; she seemed visibly unhappy, almost as if she resented her job. It was disheartening to feel like my concerns were dismissed.

Given the high prices of the food and the struggles many families face, I expected a better level of service and quality. Unfortunately, my family and I have decided that we will not be returning to this place...

15 stars from me food was good had a bad day after a bite I started feeling brighter the service was very friendly and helpful I saw them take care of a elderly woman helping her and also brought food out to everyone hot and fresh the joint was beautiful clean and felt like a good spot to take someone on a chill date to eat or to hangout with friends very respectful prices are good for the portions you get alot of options and if you want something unique be polite and ask them if thats something they are willing to do my mother asked if she could get a quesadilla with shrimp for meat and they were happy to do it and it was bussin bussin cant give enough praise pray they stay the same cause its perfect and can't wait to go back and try more and the drinks they have again great food amazing service...

I have been looking for good carnitas in Hanford since I moved here. Now these carnitas are great. Soft and juicy. I highly recommend the Carnitas burrito (any type) or the bowl. It was so good. Their guac was good it had a tiny hint of spice. They will let you try if you ask and let them know you have never been there. They have weekly specials so check that out. I will definitely be coming back. For myself I wasn’t fan of the soft taco but not because of the meat they were good cut it’s yellow corn which I am not a fan of just in case someone is looking for white corn instead. There is so much to this menu I can’t wait to try everything else! Especially to try their ceviche when the warmer...
