Friday, 6/21, Went to lunch with a friend at 12:30. We knew we might have a little wait due to lunchtime. We ordered n sat down. About 20 minutes later, I noticed pp eating that had come in after us. My friend approached the staff n inquired about r order. “It’s coming.” Waited 10 more minutes, inquired again “it’s coming.” More pp coming in n getting their food n we’re still waiting!! It’s now 1:15!! A young man who was preparing food came over, laughing n said “we lost ur order.” He actually thought it was funny. He walked off w/o asking what we wanted. My friend went to the counter n said we want r food!! They took r order again but didn’t prepare it immediately, we had to wait for other orders to be dispensed first. Not even a “sorry” or a free meal like another establishment would’ve done. It took 55 minutes to receive r food. Why did they keep lying to us that r food was being prepared; not once, but twice!! Bad bad service. I told the young man that I was going to write a bad review n he laughed at us. This place of business needs to be properly trained on customer service. Plus, I noticed customers open the ice machine to get their own ice, some were using their hands! Do we know how dirty these hands are? I don’t believe this is allowed by the Health Dpt. Please beware IF visiting this establishment, I for one;...

First off place inside is dirty, so dirty i seen 3 roaches crawl across he floor. Should have took that as a hint to walk out but i decided order anyways. i ordered a Chile Verde burrito, the meat was not in chilly or was it green so i dont even think they have a good recipe. The short light skinned Mexican women was rude or cant hear correctly because i had to tell her what i wanted 4 times and when she finally heard me she told the guy in Spanish hate when people cant order correctly, not knowing i spoke Spanish i assume. As she made my burrito she didn't drain out the juice or fat the meat was sitting in so made the burrito the foil wrap and the paper bag all soaking wet. i asked for extra napkins but they didn't give me any extra. so i placed my burrito on a table and dabbed off all the juice off which took about 15 napkins that how wet it was, didn't think i had ordered a wet burrito. On top of all this when i got home and tasted the burrito the meat tasted really old as if they cooked it right before it goes bad. Over all i don't recommend this place to anyone unless you like old meat, sloppy burritos, and filthy restaurants. I should have gone to Jalisco's at least they have real...

I see a few people saying negative things about this place, but to be honest I am very suspicious... I am suspicious that they have affiliations with competitors because this place is great.

First of all how many places can you go 24 hours a day to get a Deluxe Torta, or Carnitas fries, or a Burrito Mojado? They even have breakfast burritos available from about 6:00 a.m. until 11am. They have aqua fruta, Mexican Coke bottles, fountain drinks, Jarritos, etc.

The service is friendly and fast, just keep in mind that they are focusing most of their energy on keeping it fast. This is not the type of place you go in and sit down waiting for a server. You get in line and you buy tacos & you either leave or you sit in there and eat and then leave.

They often have taquitos or other special items not on the menu, maybe things like fish tacos.

I have purchased food here over 100 times and I have never been disappointed, so once again, I am suspicious of any negative reviews.
