McDonald's — Restaurant in Hanford

This place is ok as long as you are not and/or you appear to be homeless. Yes there are some out here who are not "acceptable" in a family oriented setting but who doesn't have a "crazy uncle Tom " in their family right???? It doesn't mean it's ok to treat the homeless like they have a contagious disease....those who look down at the homeless have forgotten that they are humans with feelings just like those who got a home... Why would you kick somebody that's already down n hurt it's just wrong and I hope that those who have posted on here and those that haven't posted but feel like the homeless are beneath them I pray that you open your eyes to how ur teaching our future generations because how would you feel or react if one day you woke up and everything you know and love is just gone and there isn't nobody who can or will help you get on your feet again and that's when you may realize that it's not easy to walk a few steps in our...

Service here is horrible, their not busy but they still make people wait. They apparently don't know how to make Oreo McFlurrys at all cause they don't mix them they just put ice cream & top it with Oreos that aren't even enough to get that perfect mixture at all, they were making people park & keeping the drive thru empty. The manager is lazy, slow, unprofessional & very rude. She was doing an interview with a young lady who looked very professional & while waiting for my order I over heard their conversation & the manager stated that she hired people all ready but then when she went back to the counter she was laughing with her coworkers saying she didn't feel like hiring her so she made up a story about how she already hired people & they don't need anyone else. In my honest opinion that is poor management, corporate & HR needs to hear about this & fix this horrible work...

When I ordered at this location I did my order over the app. I was charged and made sure I was at the right location and spot to wait for my food. It said it would be out in less than 5mins after checking in. Other vehicles came and went came and went in the same parking lot. But I was still waiting for mine. One employee asked if I have received my food yet I filled her in with a no answer. She said she's going to see whats the hold up. She never came back out....at this point it's been 20 mins passed by then I had to call them inside the store and they said there working on it. It took 30mins for my food 😒 they still forgot my straw and one of my orders at this point I was like no im good. I just will never go back go this location till they work on the small things and have a better...
