McDonald's — Restaurant in Hannibal

This McDonald's may be the only one in Hannibal but don't waste your time and I insinuate TIME going here... Always check your orders before leaving because 90% of time they are wrong or missing something. Customer service from managers is terrible and they act like it is customers faults and offer no apologies. Last but not least CHECK YOUR CHANGE... these employees want $15 an hour but can't make basic change that is printed on a receipt. I recently was ripped off $11 by their drive thru--- when I went inside to show manager she acted like I was lying, told me she would have to count drawer which I told her to go do, and then when she came back after 10-15 min of me standing in lobby she offered no apology but just handed me my change saying oh I found the error... well no kidding and now I also have cold food but was offered no apology or new food.. AVOID THIS MCDs at all costs!! I will be contacting...

I rarely eat here but every time I have the food has been hot, fresh and delicious. One gripe I have about the food here is they tend to over dress their sandwich causing ketchup, mayo or others to drip everywhere every time I take a bite. The McFlurry in its various flavors is delicious and satisfying on hot days. I like the deluxe quarter pounder with cheese meal.

The decor is of the standard McDonald's style.

Store is usually clean but have visited on a few occasions where behind the front service counter and in the restroom have had trash laying around in the floor and other places. The staff on duty had obviously been neglecting their cleaning...

I thought the McDonalds in Gary, Indiana was bad, but not bad enough to review about it. This location tops the cake. All 3 Big Macs were the worst I had ever had as far as rubber tasting and the bun on one had a literal bite out of it (just the bun,) so that's one meal short already. The other 2 were divided up to feed 3 people, and all 3 people thought it was very tough and "rubbery" (literally about ripping teeth out to bite off.) The fries were soggy and cold. Wasted $45+ and had to buy food elsewhere to feed my kiddos. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy, and that's saying something! The parking lot entrance was blocked by a bunch of kids and it was darn near impossible to maneuver to a parking spot, let alone get out of it. All in all, if I could rate this location in the negatives, I would! No more McDonalds on our frequent stops...
