Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hannibal

The pizza's were great. There wasn't any wait to be seated. We were a birthday party of 10 including one child under the age of 10, 6 teenagers ages 16, 17, and 18 and three adults. The service was poor. Refreshments were passed from one end of the table from one hand to the next. Refills were never offered for the entire time. It was my nephews 8th birthday. He said he wanted Pizza Hut. Great choice I thought to myself. Unfortunately it was a dreadful occurrence for the staff, seemingly. Not one employee offered any special birthday dessert or offered any birthday wishes, song, absolutely nothing, not even a smile. No happy birthday was said by anyone working. That's not really any problem just disappointing in my eyes. My opinion reflects my upbringing in the 80's and 90's. I think that the employees hate their job. No character, no emotion, no pride in their efforts. $2 tip was left for the server and I thought that it was ridiculous to even leave that. P.S. We were seated front and center of the restaurant. So really I can't seem to find any other view other than they don't want to work and dislike serving...

Upon going inside the establishment, we noticed a spill on the floor (by the front desk area) that hadn't been cleaned for a while (it was sticky and messy). No one came to get us our seat for at least 5-6 minutes, but we could hear employees talking in the other room. We were FINALLY seated when two ladies (that seemed to be coming in for work) walked in the building and saw us standing there, one took us to our seats and kindly took our order, and apologized for our wait. The edges of the table we had was all sticky, and we tried to wipe it down with a napkin. Overall the food was very good, and enjoyable, and was delivered in a very timely manner. The waitress was very kind to us, and even wrote a kind "Have a nice day" on our receipt, and therefore I gave her a...

Went to Pizza Hut at 12:22. Got to order food .we had a table of 12 people. More people came in restaurant. Only 1 waitress so she got busy. Was only brought out 3 of the 4 orders. 1 hour later she is finally came back to check on us..no refills..no food..said kitchen.busy...but you brought out 3 orders? Wanted another 20 minutes no refills .left without food we never got..1:42 minutes there as those who got food at table were leaving that ticket with food was ready...hmm think she forgot order...cause she said kitchen was busy?...you don't serve one person at table without bringing everyone food..pizza hut has gone down hill...
