I went into the Hannibal MO store for a new screen protector to be put on. I paid around $48 for this. It looked good in the store just from glancing at it, I left the store as they were preparing to lock up, at 7:58pm. When I got home and went to use my phone I saw there was a chip on the side of the new screen protector. The store was closed. I went into the store during my work break to have them fix it. A guy who said he was the store manager, Taylor, told me they will have to charge me for a new one. I explained I just had it put on the store was closed last night. He said if I get a new one, then I have to pay for it again. The lady that put it on last night was there working but did not say anything. I asked him if they don't warranty the work they do on a person's phone, he said they do not. I took my phone and left. In the picture you can see close up with the white background the chip is hardly visible, with the black background id stands out. As a T-mobile customer for over 23 years, T-Mobile corporate has already covered the cost of the new screen protector I have to get but just keep in mind, even if the Hannibal T-mobile store does good work, if they mess something up on your phone by accident, its going to be on you to pay to fix it. I don't go there very often, but every time I have went there is a new store manager so that says a lot as well. Just save yourself the trouble, and drive the extra miles to the Quincy T-Mobile store. They have always been super nice and I have never had any issues with them, whether I am having problems or need help. And yes, take the time to look over your phone carefully to be sure it wasn't damaged while they had it, or that the work was done correctly before you leave, even if they are...
Read moreI love the T-Mobile service however the local store here in Hannibal doesn't represent T-Mobile. I went in to pay my cell phone bill gave the correct information to the attendant he gave me a amount due, I paid and my phone didn't work but he assured me it would in the next hour. Actually what had happen he credited a different account and my account was suspended and it took a week to get it straightened out. I went in with my cousin the other day to ge ct an upgrade for his phone and they uncoverd a overcharge of 1200.00 dollars over a period of time, and owe him credit, I guess if I should have paid 100 and was charged 120 for a number of months I want my money back, not credit. I didn't pay with credit. I choose how to spend my money and if I'm overcharged and led to believe, whether maliciously or not, my bill is said amount and I pay it, then told opps we overcharged you we can give you credits toward your future bills. Nope I could walk out the store and drop dead and instead of cash in my pocket or in my bank for my family. I have credits for a phone I'll never use again. Businesses please start thinking like customers and start putting customer service at a priority again. Hope this...

Their mailbox is full and they are not answering their phone at this particular T-Mobile these people need fired. They are unprofessional. My granddaughter works for T-Mobile in Monett MO. and they don't treat people this way We are due for an upgrade if we want to. My son's phone buttons are not working. He went in to upgrade and get a different phone. This T-Mobile said they couldn't fix it and then they chose to decline. I am the authorized owner. I gave that to my son for Christmas a year ago. He lives 8 hours away from me. I have my PIN they could authorize over the phone by speaking to me and they refused. I am filing a complaint with the 1-800 number corporate because corporate is who told me to have my son go into his local store to get a different phone or...
