Arby's — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Ordered online (slider, fries, mozz stix, shake, bottle of water). Arrived at drive-thru 15 mins later. Waited 5 mins at speaker before anyone came on. Told them I was picking up an online order. They said it wasn't ready and to come back in 10 or 15 minutes. Went back 15 mins later. Waited another 5 mins at the speaker. No one came so I pulled up to the window. After sitting there for 3 mins, someone finally came to the window. Told them I was just trying to pick up my online order. They told me they were closed but they would make the order for me. I asked why they were closed at 10:08 when their signs and website said they were open until midnight. They said they were running behind on getting their work done. Waited 5 additional minutes before finally...

Best fast food restaurant chain. All there sandwiches are soft and full of flavor. The onion bun is my fav and its just amazing, the bits of onion really makes a difference. Trying there classic Arby's sauce on the side and of course there classic curly fries makes it a perfect meal. Turkey Reuben was delicious. The sauces they use in the sandwich gives it a nice tangy and creamy taste. Biting on a sandwich that melts in your mouth with great sauces....its pretty amazing. Arby's gets a bad rep but if you give it a try and taste the meat that they use, the curly fries are to die for, coca cola products to wash down the goodness, and to end it with bang try one of there sweet turn overs. I have a dangerous relationship with Arbys but I enjoy that...

I ordered an Arby's roast beef and a chicken sandwich fries and cheese sticks the person taking the order forgot to put the marinara sauce for my cheese sticks which is a no-brainer that's always comes with it it aggravates me because I went to the drive-through and when I got home it wasn't in there so catch up doesn't do it for me or Arby's sauce doesn't either when they ask for sauce and you ask for Arby's sauce it doesn't mean you want it for your cheese sticks so next time you serve somebody add the marinara sauce always and the fries were cold. that's why you're only getting one star other than that if you don't get in the car accident trying to get out and in your lucky it's very hard to get out and to get into the place traffic...
