Burger King — Restaurant in Hanover Township

It's really disappointing because I've come to this location at different times and received excellent service. However, this morning was not the case:

I ordered a sausage, egg, cheese and hash brown burrito, and a sausage biscuit. (Quick items because I was on my way to work). I pulled up, paid, and then was asked to pull around to the parking lot. Was not told why, but I did. I noticed a man in a red pickup truck next to me. This was at 08:06am.

I sat and waited and waited, and waited, and waited. Someone else pulled through the drive-thru and I heard him order two of the sausage biscuits. I heard the employee tell the customer "it's going to be a few minutes for the biscuits, is that okay?" And the customer replied yes. He was asked to pull around into the parking lot next to myself and the red pickup truck. This was at 08:14am.

I watched 4 cars go through the drive-thru before someone finally came out with 3 bags of food at 08:22am. She handed the red pickup his food, then came to me and said "burrito and biscuit?". I replied yes, she handed it to me and walked away. No "sorry about the wait", no "thank you, have a nice day", nothing. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by the fact that our food was delayed and she had to bring it out.

I then finally get my food...and the burrito has NO hash browns on it, and somehow, it looked as though when it was made, someone wrapped it in the wrapper and then smooshed it with their hand because when I unwrapped it, the burrito was split open on the sides and was spilling out all over the wrapper.

Oh, and the cherry on top...the biscuit was severely undercooked and was still doughy...

I went in for a burger and fries I sat there eating my burger fries was so salty never wanted to say anything at to finish my burger but not the fries and normally would have ate them all. I seen the manger and told her to replace them she said you at them like I had no right to say anything at all and like I was lying we pay our money didn’t even wanan say anything at all but should have been able to so I came in yesterday and asked instead of the order I had for the chicken fries I just want a burger for the three for $7 dous which that was given me the bag and I asked and said no because I should’ve been order it and I complain about the salty fries like I say I don’t even go there and it was salty if I was Hispanic or white and not black she may have cared about me being someone to and she don’t know me and I’m spending my money it’s more of them out here then us and they have black peoples working in these restaurants but would...

I usually don’t complain. I went there on 11/2/20 around 9:00pm. I ordered a Whopper with Cheese heavy all with NO tomatoes. I informed twice and when the young man handed me my order. Well I get home and my sandwich is loaded with tomatoes. I noticed on the wrapping that it was crossed out no tomatoes. Ok they made a mistake which could have cost my husband life. I called asked to speak to the manager. He stated he was the manager. I asked his name and he refused to give me his name. He told me I didn’t need his name. He hung up the phone. I went back and asked for the manager and asked the your man the manager name. The manager can to the window still refused to give his name. I have them their food back and requested my money back. He did not apologize for the mistake. I normally order from there with no issues...
