Casey's — Restaurant in Hanover Township

ETA 5/24/24 - I have not ordered pizza from them since. However, I will go in during regular business hours M-F on occasion for one thing or another and the manager who is working is always absolutely amazing! Very kind, generous and helpful.

This is the second time that I have placed an order through the app for the store and this is the second order that they have screwed up. I placed an order for pick up a few months back and they gave me bone in wings instead of boneless wings. I did not fully review the order on pick up and did not notice until I got home. I called and complained and the best they could do was say that they would take my name and I would get a free order next time I would order and pick up. I ordered today for delivery as you HAVE A CODE for free delivery. I ordered a taco pizza and cheese pizza and wings. Upon opening the order, the TACO PIZZA WAS WRONG - like really wrong. Apparently, after tasting it, it has refried bean base but has sausage and onions and cheese on the top! what is going on? I called the store and THE BEST THEY COULD DO WAS WRITE MY NAME DOWN FOR A FREE PIZZA. This store is making money off errors. No refunds are available they said because they use door dash for delivery. This is ridiculous. Please keep in mind when you do any offers with delivery...

I was told to pickup my pizza at 5:23 pm I got there at 5:20pm my pizza was cold and hard. So that means my pizza was sitting for at least 10 minutes because it only take 15 minutes to make a pizza. I ordered at 4:59 pm. Please don't tell someone to pick up a pizza at a certain time, it should not be made 10 minutes early and then sits for 10 min not being kept warm. I would say no problem but this has happened more then 3 times to me. I really hate waiting another 15 minutes so they can make another pizza. They should make the call and tell you that your pizza is done early instead of letting your pizza sit...

The store is not so up to date.

The food is typical gas station quality food (though admittedly I have yet to try the pizza everyone seems to comment on),

The gas is sometimes cheap, sometimes expensive. Same as most other places. Though you can often get a decent discount there through Upside.

The employees do seem to care more about gossiping than anything else, but really, that's all too common in the service industry these days.

It's really a pain not being able to get a gas receipt at the pump though. You have to go inside to get one, and it's not just sometimes. It's Every. ...
