Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Great Dunkin', one of the best in the area. Been coming here for the past two years most weekday mornings; I do the Order-to-Go every morning and never have an issue. Coffee is always made exactly to order (just cream, no sugar) and always tastes fresh and delicious. The manager here is wonderful! Such a genuinely nice man, always friendly and helpful. Staff are very nice too. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a nightmare during rush hour, and parking spaces are limited, but not a huge deal. Absolutely terrible customer service. I place my order with the app so obviously it’s in print in front of them. They make the incorrect sandwich that I only discover after I leave from curbside pick up. I called yo have it addressed and the person that answered the phone could care Jess that they made it incorrectly. It’s amazing places like this stay in business with horrendous customer service.
