Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Hanover Township

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had over the phone with a restaurant. The delay in their service was already frustrating, but when I finally reached out for an update, the employee I spoke with completely lost their mind and yelled at me. He/she (couldn't even figure out due to their aggressive tone since they were screaming "WE ARE ONE HOUR BEHIND" as if its their customers fault that you clearly dont know how to run their little sandwich stand. Their behavior was utterly unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright disgusting. I was simply trying to get some information, and I was treated like garbage. Their service is the worst I’ve ever encountered,4 days prior, i tried giving them my business but my order was canceled because they ran out bread an hour and half before closing time. This kind of abusive attitude is unacceptable. The management needs to get their act together immediately or they’ll lose all their customers. I will definitely never support this place again. This owner operator store give this corp a bad name. Just close shop!...

I've been living in the Streamwood area for over 10 yrs+. Yesterday I ordered 2 sandwiches for my daughter & I to be delivered. I only received 1. I called to speak to the Manager who was very rude & said there wasn't anything he could do. I was so livid, i drove to the store to show him there was only 1 sandwich. He yelled at me to get out of his store. I called 911 because this guy was unworkable with customer service. Streamwood Cop said they won't refund me my missing sandwich. But they'll make me one. I took the deal only to get home with the original missing sandwich but my sandwich was no longer in the bag! I called the store again & the Manager again said there was nothing he could do. He is the worse! This guy should not be managing the store nor be servicing customers. He is unprofessional & extremely rude! I ORDERED MY MEAL @ 12:08 9-2-25 I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FOOD UNTIL 1:19 "THATS NOT FREAKY FAST"! THE LAST TIME I WANTED CLUB LULU ON SQUARE WHEAT AND THEY SENT THE ROLL.
