This ownership has nice employees but a very prejudice owner/Manager I had a bad experience as when I ordered, the food that I got wasn’t filled(employee field Up and then manager removes food)as you can see in the photos. The owner/manager is very rude to both the customers and the employees. As a customer, I deserve respect I will not go to this Qdoba ever and do not recommend any one has self respect. I have not heard restaurant don’t have salt. Employee gives less portion when manager next to them . If I can give minus star I will google shood start offering minus star because this place don’t even deserve one star from me very disappointed with this location . I should be refunded complete order .one thing I can tell to all my friend Go to Qdoba but avoid this location in schamburg

Disappointed. This is the closest location to my home so whenever I crave Qdoba, I come here. Don't think I'll be back though after my last order. I put in our order online and it was accurate, but the issue is the lack of food in the bowls. The shape of the bowls used to be circular, and these rectangular ones look bigger but it's deceiving. I pushed the food to one side and put a bottle of Pepsi to show how empty the bowls are. For $10+ a meal, you're better off going to Chipotle. It's a shame because I prefer Qdoba's queso over Chipotle's. On the plus side, the employees are always very nice.

Gave it a shot because of "Free guac and queso" but that's fake marketing gimmick to get you in the door. They don't even give you a full scoop and if you ask for more they try to charge you, and then they still won't give a full scoop even if you pay for it! They put so little queso that once I got home 10 minutes later it had completely dried up. I don't even see it in the burrito and it sure doesn't taste like it If they're trying to save themselves from getting beaten by Chipotle they're doing a pretty bad job

So, I originally stopped at Chipotle directly across the street from Qdoba but, the line was literally out the door so I decided to give this place a try... now I know why the lines NOT out the door at this place... in fact, I "was" the line when I first arrived.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt I begin to order. Now let me say, and not this this should matter but, I'm middle age... I'll expand in a minute.

Not knowing the menu as well a Chipotle I asked "simple" questions... well the staff was more than put off with this and the dull facial expressions gave me the impression I'd interrupted their social time... OOOPS!

Holding my composure, I order my "steak" Burrito... she starts scraping the bottom of the damn pan that the "steak" was in like it was all they had left! Soooo, I ask if they had any "fresh" steak because that looks not so good... again, she had attitude.

Oooh, but all the girls tudes did a 180 when two 20 somethin's came through the door... now they all wanted to help.

Who ever owns this place I would seriously consider sending in some under cover customers to evaluate your Managers... FYI, Seven Qdoba's in the Chicagoland area have permanently closed.

This visit was in...

Food is stable and standard fare for the chain.

The real reason for my review today is to talk about the exemplary service provided from this location.

As someone who is recently disabled and an amputee I am used to people looking at my crutches or looking at my leg and wondering what where how why etc. While I did receive the standard glances at my leg and my crutches today the customer service was phenomenal.

I did not feel treated special I just felt treated as a customer. The staff was attentive offered to put my plate and drinks at a table of my choice as I am unable to carry with crutches.

When I was finished with my meal the staff just simply offered to take care of the meal as far as putting things in the trash can. I did not detect any pity in any way shape or form just simple great customer service.

Whoever is responsible for taking care of the customer service at this location you have my gratitude. You will also have my service and support anytime I am...

I believe the employees of this Qdoba is overloaded in evening times. I have done a lot of lunch time ordering but in the evening , when ordering 3 different bowls , one of the employee showed her disappointment though I haven't asked any question not I was waiting or thinking what to ask. This kind of attitude , will never help customers. When I have pointed out the rush process and restlessness, I was pointed to 5 or 6 online orders placed , which was the cause of the attitude. If you read bad reviews below, most of them are due to customer service. One more point, if your online ordering is important, please put out a board outside not to let customers in for ordering. I waited for more than 5-8 mins before even acknowledged that a customer is here for ordering.

Request for owner to staff in sufficient numbers, otherwise, Chipotle is just opposite , if same...
