Very frustrating experience. We ordered food online and the app said the order would be ready to pick up at 6:30… It wasn’t. When I walked in there were 4-5 people also waiting for their orders. After close to 45 minutes of waiting they finally brought out my food. The guy that brought it out didn’t even offer an “sorry for the wait” or “thanks for your patience”… I don’t think he said anything at all before walking away. By the time I left there was a line of large group of people waiting (see my picture).
So not only was that unpleasant, but the food itself was very disappointing. They basically ignored all the order notes, including double meat in both of our burrito bowls, which we paid extra for. Overall most of our order was wrong or missing. We tried to call the restaurant at least 6 times over the last couple hours to try and get some sort of refund… But we can’t get a hold of anyone. Every single time we call it just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing, until finally the call just ends.
This order was close to $70 dollars, which is ridiculously expensive to begin with… You would think the customer service would be better.

Read moreI had an order with Uber Eats. I ordered double chicken, brown rice, black beans, cheese, and a side of guacamole on a burrito bowl. You would think that it would be pretty filled, seeing that there was double chicken, right? Wrong. All the the food was pushed to one side of the bowl, and the opposite side you could see the bottom of the cardboard because there was no food on half of the bowl to be seen! And the half that did have food barely, and I mean barely made it to the rim. I’m not really impressed at this point, so I call the store to try to figure out why my order was so skimpily done. Big mistake. They have a robot managing the calls to reach the store. So I would wind up calling three times because of this robot and its inability to understand me and the issue I had come to present. Once it finally was able to realize I needed to speak with someone in the store, what happens? I get sent to voicemail. I understand that mistakes can happen in the restaurant industry, because I’ve been working it the past several years at a couple of different companies. Read moreThe cashier and the manager, Javier needs to be let go. He has no respect for customers and said they don’t prioritize customers over their workers misunderstandings.
They charged us for 2 extra sides when we didn’t even get 2 extra sides and then the cashier tried arguing with us about it. And we told her to get her manager. Javier comes and instead of apologizing for their mistake he tries justifying it.
This is the Schaumburg Location on Barrington and Schaumburg intersection.
Watch out, they try to overcharge you and do not take your word for it.
We did end up getting our money back for the additional charges, but the unprofessionalism of Javier really made me write this negative review.
They were also very stingy when giving us chicken. I had to keep on telling them a little more would be nice.

He also said, there is no need to make this a big deal over some chump change. If you think an additional 4 dollars for chipotle is chump change, he is not the right person to be leading the team.
