No nonsense tavern. Bar seating plus a couple of tables available. Plenty of parking. No loud music - in fact, no music at all! I can actually hear people talking without having to yell. They have at least 4 tv's playing with sports. Draft beer selection is Shock Top, Stella, and two types of Bud. Fries are good and crunchy. Burgers are a good size. I asked for mine medium but it came a little more on the rare side with blood oozing but it was still ok. Menu is super simple and easy. This is cash only! I didn't get a receipt so I don't actually know how much my burger, fries, and Shock Top beer was individually, but it was a total of $20.54...
Read moreThis is a nondescript bar that has a restaurant to the right and a bar area to the left. They accommodated a large group for me last minute and did so pleasantly friendly and warmly. We were coming from a show nearby and we don't live in the area so I stopped in after reading reviews. After speaking with the owners they offered to do bar pies sliders and beers for the group. The small room to the right was perfect for our group of 35 the waitstaff was professional and helpful. Everyone had a great time and I felt like we were in someone's home. The bartender (pretty sure her name was Amanda - bad with names, sorry!) was very friendly and attentive.
