Joe Mcknight - State Farm Insurance Agent — Local services in Hapeville

So my question of this agency after my interactions with them were, “Why aren’t you my agent?” My move to d State Farm was prompted by my parents who had an agent for years. Despite their superiors service experience with him, I worked with one of his associates and the experiences was kinda the worst. Like, they never sent my insurance binder to the state and I got pulled over by a cop for not having insurance. I then switched to a different agent. While I have never spoken with her, for the most part, her staff has been very helpful…but despite being in an accident I never heard from them and I had to initiate everything. But the vibe at McKnight was entirely different. I was just there to pick up a total loss settlement check and unlike the claims folks, they called me to update me (this never happened at any stage in the State Farm’s claims process…I had to instigate everything) and knew my name the minute I walked in. So…why aren’t they my agents? I need to answer...

I really want take a moment and give this location it's flowers. I truly appreciate Mr. Mcknight for making me feel welcome and comfortable at this location. He remind me of a favorite uncle. His energy so awesome and always listen to all concerning and never make you feel like its going in def ears. Now the backbone to this location is no other then MR. AUSTIN, he so humble and amazing team player. I had situation going on and Mr. Austin came in on the backend of the situation and did amazing job of handle my concern. I truly appreciate him, he went beyond of job duties to help. As well I was feeling really down about the whole ordeal and just about to give up on the whole thing. Mr. Austin encouragement words really help the most because I was just going to give and his words kept me in the fight. Thank You! Thank You!!! You are amazing, humble, and respectful young man and I'm thankful for crossing...

I want to preface this by saying I never write reviews especially for insurance agencies, but Mr. Joe McKnight deserves one! I switched to his agency a couple months ago after leaving another agency who mishandled all of my policies. I spoke with Mr. McKnight personally and he took care of me. His whole office staff is amazing if they say they will call back THEY WILL! I’m not used to speaking with the actual agent I usually talk to their employees but Mr. Joe is right there in the office answering calls and getting the job done. I can’t say enough good things about him and his office. They stay on top of everything. They make you feel like family. Glad to have found such an amazing agent who knows...
