Beer Girl, Growlers & Bottleshop — Restaurant in Hapeville

The store is very clean and well stocked with great micro-brewed beers. Their tap selection is large and varied. The beer poured into my growler was fresh and fantastic. I gave them a visit on the way to a friends house in the area. The person pouring my growler and I struck up a conversation about the other growler shops in the area. He quickly told me that these shops were not legal due to their current practices. He further went on about how these other places were inferior to this one and that he wanted my business. He failed in his goal. I will only reluctantly in a pinch go there again due to his unprofessional behavior. It was surprising because it's always been my experience all over the country that micro-brewers and growler shops were friendly and a community. This is the beer place I've always wished for and never found. They have a large selection of beers on tap, not just IPAs, bitter beers, and trendy beers with fruit or strange flavorings (I like beer flavored beer). Prices are also very reasonable.

It's also the least pretentious beer shop I've ever been to with no scowling hipsters. In sight. You won't get talked down to or treated like dirt if they don't consider your beer tastes sophisticated enough. The owners are always willing to offer a recommendation or shoot the breeze. If you'd rather stop and take a break then they offer beer by the glass/pint as well.
