Jamba — Restaurant in Happy Valley

This is my second time visiting this place. First time I was with my in-laws and husband. Very friendly. Nothing else than a 5 star service. Second time, NOT so good. I visited there on March 31st, morning time. I ordered a green smoothie. The young lady taking the orders was kind and pleasant. She proceed to take my husband's order after she took mine Everything was good until then. My husband paid and now just a little bit of wait to enjoy delicious Jamba. The same lady started making my order, while a second employee started making my husband's protein shake. All the sudden same first lady slumped my order on the counter, gave us a angry look and leaves stomping feet as she was very upset for some reason. "I guess your order is ready" My husband said. It seemed like the second employee noticed the rudeness of her coworker and she tried to be extra cheerful and kind. * Five starts for the second lady=) Makes me wonder if the attitude of the other lady has anything to do with my husband and I being an interracial couple? Or, Was she just having a really bad day? The reality is that her attitude changed so drastically all the sudden. I am sorry but due to the rudeness of the other ...

This Jamba is located in the Clackamas Town Center. It can get busy and sometimes be confusing where the line is or if people are just waiting for their order to be completed. You may need to talk to people and ask which group they are in.

I’ve gone here quite a few times, and is one of my favorite smoothie places. I typically get the Orange Dream Machine, which tastes like an orange creamsicle. When you order they will typically ask if you want a boost added. Some are free and some you pay for.

Staff are nice, and are usually busting their butts to get orders out. Kudos to them!!!

I love their cups. I have collected them (and used them) since I first started going to Jamba back in 2021. I mentioned to the staff that the metal cups they were offering was flaking off inside the cup into the drinks. The straw coloring to match the cup was flaking off into drinks. I expressed that it felt unsafe to drink. I was glad to see that those cups on display were replaced with much better cups the next week when I visited. Jamba makes great smoothies and their food is good for a quick pick up. I plan to head there tomorrow to pick up a new holiday cup and some delicious Orange...
