Never again will I order from here! I ordered the hot and sour soup for take out. Got home ate some then later went to eat the rest, I dumped out the remaining soup into a , as I was eating it, I found a hard fingernail obviously freshly clipped by nail clippers as it was in the shape of the clippers with sharp pointy edges. When I called , I spoke to Aaron( the owner). He tried to say this fingernail came from a can of bamboo. It’s obvious it did not. It’s obvious this fingernail was also from a dark complected person. He did not even try to reimburse me. Edit* @chinastar owner response- yes I have the right the place in which I am writing this review about. In other words you are calling your employers liars, because I specifically asked to speak to a manager, when I called at 9:20pm( I have pictures of my call logs) . I was told the OWNER was going to speak to me, at the end of the call I asked for his name , he told me Aaron Lihn. Edit* 7/23/24 I went in , spoke to the female manager, very nice and attentive - she gave me a refund . I’m thankful for that. I just hate that this experience has ruined it for me with my fave soup. Furthermore, when I brought this nail clipping in to show the manager to check the kitchen staff- she didn’t want to, I understand you have “ no control over where the food goes”, once it leaves your establishment, I get it. Read all the reviews prior to going to this place to order takeout. Upon arrival noticed one waitress telling an older couple loudly that she had given them their credit card back. After back and forth, she noticed she had it and gave it to them not even apologising. When she saw us she told us to wait because they were very busy (4 tables with custoners only). A few minutes later she came back and took our order and left. Did not even tell us how long or when to pay. After asking the other waitress she said we dont know. Asked to speak to the owner and both said that the lady was not there and the man was the cook and did not see customers. Very rude and loud. Ofcourse that made me very angry and let them know they would not speak to us that way. They calmed down and tokd us 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes the owner lady came out and gave us our order and was very kind. The HELP ther is really bad. I mean REALLY BAD!!! The buffet was TRASH!! 1. Our waitress was no where to be found because she was too busy talking to other workers. 2. The food was HORRIBLE and COLD! My chicken on a stick smelt bad🤢 The little donuts are suppose to have sugar but instead had soo much SALT. I use to get food from here a while back (1+ yrs ago) and it was always good not anymore. 3. I told the waitress none of the food was good and I wanted to order a plate for my son since he didn't like anything on the trash buffet. They finally brought it but still forgot the rice smh. 4. We never got refills on the tea ( waitress still talking like if she didn't have a job) 5. They didn't have a changing table in the rr which sucked. 6.
