Sovereign Coffee — Restaurant in Harlingen

My daughter and I love this place! Usually all the baristas are very attentive to out needs and ready to serve us, however the other day we went through the drive threw as usual. I kindly asked the young girl who has a piercing or something of that sort on her chest if she could please make sure to put the foam on sauve spice this time around., She forgot to do so last time. She was not to happy about it and my coffee on ice was not normal and she and the young guy their I feel did something to it? I did not drink it after two slurps, Owner needs to check video footage for 10/19/2024 around 3ish. Other than that one experience everything else has been great!! We visit...

I love everything about Sovereign! It is the quintessential coffee shop with good vibes, great coffee, and a very knowledgeable staff! My new favorite drink is the Sovereign Spice (10/10 highly recommend)! When it’s warm out, I prefer it iced, but I can’t wait to drink it hot when it finally gets cold outside!

Since this place opened, my wife and I are regulars. Every person behind the counter loves their job, and it shows. Don't even get me started on the coffee!

I could be here all day writing a detailed review, but honestly, you just have to try it for yourself. I'm not even a big coffee guy, but man it's good. Every. Single. Time.

I wish they sold food and not just pastries. We'd go there even more 😂 outstanding service, and even better coffee. The hot chocolate is also such a good choice!

The drive thru is always quick, and the atmosphere inside the store is very cozy. 5 stars...
