Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Harlingen

Super fast like always and polite! I asked for a spicy delux combo, but got the regular sandwich instead. They're human not robots so mistakes are bound to happen. But out of 100 perfect visits 1 had an error and its ok with me. 5 stars. Went back on Jan 2nd 2021 and was missing my spicy delux meal. The manager asked if it was just the sandwich or the full meal missing and I said just the sandwich because I saw the drink and fries on the table. But since our order was pretty big it turned out to be the drink and fries for my sisters regular sandwich combo. So when we get there we let them know its the full meal that was missing and the manager got so mad for not specifying earlier. Never did I expect a chick fil a manager to get so upset. For big orders maybe I'll try the chick fill a by the mall. And of course I'll just double check the order there before leaving. Went in today 6/24/24 to Chic- fil-a on Sunshine strip in Harlingen Tx at 4:29 p.m. to have 2 sandwiches to be remade. My daughter & I spoke to a manager by the name of Steph (name tag). She took care of us rudely and didn't finish taking care of our order and didn't care if I had finished ordering. This manager moved to another POS and told me rudely doing hand gestures & with alot of sassyness to move cause she was going to take care of another customer. I have not ever been treated this way. My daughter was upset and said that was ugly treatment mom we just got from this manager. This manager needs to be retrained on management as well how to treat customers with courtesy and be aware of the title they hold and why. Her overall demeanor & Rudeness was so uncalled for. I order online because I don’t have the time to cook because I feel that it will be much faster for me to order and have it ready. I press prepare because it gets me the option to prepare it while I head to Chick-fil-A yet they don’t have it ready. I’m waiting there 10 to 15 minutes when I could’ve been just cooking and have it on time my food, I thought it was to be a fast order but it’s not and also what makes me unhappy. Is that when I get in they have my meal there and and I got off of the vehicle to get my meal when I had the option to put carbide and they didn’t drop it on to me so all this time I had it there waiting.
