Does the Owner read these reviews? We decided on having KFC for dinner and placed my order online. Sent my son to pick up the order and noticed he was gone for a long time. After a quick phone call he told me nearly half the order was missing and had called the restaurant and was told to get back in the long drive thru line to wait again. So now because the staff there cannot read a simple order we are going to be punished with cold food. I called and spoke to the manager and she did not seem concerned at all. Almost as if messing up orders is very common and offered no apology. My order was to be picked up at 520pm. My son arrived home at 6:10pm because of their inability to pay attention to detail. When we started to unpacking the food we noticed items were STILL missing. OMG!!
Asked for plates, none given Ordered 2 large fries only 1 was in the bag. And I find it very difficult to believe that this is the $10 popcorn chicken box. $10!!??
I am new to the valley and have never experienced such lack of care, such gross negligence of customer service, like I did with this KFC. I feel robbed for my hard earned money. When we tell people we choose KFC over the other guys, we normally get a crazy look. I think I figured out why, If this is how this local KFC treats its customers then I understand the looks I get. Read moreI ordered the 4 pc leg and thigh on the app for delivery on 10/31 and received 1 of each pc of chicken. I was at work and would not be able to return the order that is the entire reason I had it delivered because I could not physically go to the store to pick up the order or order there. I called and spoke with Belinda and stated what I ordered and expected to receive and since I did not receive 2 legs and 2 thighs that the app is falsely advertising what they provide. She implied that I was not a paying customer, “ma’am I have customers here so what do you want me to do?” I stated “ I’m a customer too, a paying customer at that, so I don’t understand why you’re being rude about this” “I’m not being rude ma’am that’s how we serve our 4 pieces. I was told the ‘fresh’ chicken was in the back by cooks and I saw girl walk to back to get it. If that was fresh wow, how bad must the rest be. It was nowhere near fresh . The chicken was super greasy and rubbery. The biscuits were hard as usual. I think they purposely don’t give you a receipt so you don’t have information to do survey and complain. I waited over two months since last visit hoping things would improve but they didn’t. Not sure if any regional managers even see these reviews.
