UPDATE: I have been meaning to add an update to this for a while! About a few days after posting the initial review I got a message from the owner, Sophiah, telling me that we have a mutual friend who vouched for my character and that we can “work together to make this right”. Which, while I like that she’s attempting to make things right, I don’t really know what our mutual friend has anything to do with it? When my order arrived, it wasn’t accurate, so rather than just deal with this lady who is very clearly trying to pressure me into writing a favorable review, I’ll just cut all ties and refuse to do business. If any of you care to do business with Sophiah, just understand that you choose to do so at your own risk and that you’ve been warned! Lastly, I wouldn’t trust the positive reviews, because it’s clear to me that she’ll try and manipulate/pressure customers into writing positive reviews.
Initial review: Emailed to figure out when my shipment would arrive, and got an email back from the owner calling me “John” and saying to check the website. Hey Sophiah. I literally have it spelled as my signature! If you can’t find the time to spell my name right and can’t find the time to tell customers what your shipping policy is, I hope loyal paying customers can still find the time to visit your website/store!
That’s not how you treat paying customers. Especially ones that followed you on facebook and were “Top Fans” / frequent your store.
Here I sit. 8:30pm Monday, and your website is down! Been trying for the past half hour and nothing! Able to type this review out fine on google and facebook, but not your site. 🤔
I might consider buying from them again if their product tastes better than what I remember. Last time I had their cookies they tasted like acetone(like nail polish remover). It’s why I stopped buying! I bought another variety batch to see how well they turn out given that’s it’s been a few months and I guess I have to wait. Here’s to hoping I don’t smell nail polish when I open the box!
Anyway, this kind of customer service is a huge turnoff and if it’s a huge turnoff for you, I’d avoid it as well!
For the bad customer service and (at least for now) the bad tasting keto food, you...

Wow, I've been on Keto for over a year and when I found this place on Instagram, i thought it was too good to be true.
I checked out their online store and bummer they were sold out of EVERYTHING! Well I took that as a good sign. So, I patiently waited until they posted about restocking their store. Took a while but finally the day came and they were restocking the store!!!! yay me !
Once the day came, I made sure to jump online to order. I ordered 3 dozen of the mini donuts, missed out on the avocado brownies and quickly checked out. What made it hard to submit my payment was the steep shipping. I get it, it gets overnighted but still $30 something is steep when you are already paying $21 for the dozen. Still, I hit submit and now to wait for my order.
Once it came (UPS messed up the delivery) I opened the box and these cute little donuts wrapped nicely in their little packaging were shinning back at me. Mmmmm delicious! they were so moist and tast. i love the fact that it was a variety so i got to taste a bit of everything. Definitely satisfied that sweet craving.I do have to admit for the price i was paying i wish they were a bit bigger but it is in the name "mini" donuts. OH and my 4 year old loved them
Bottom line, would i get them again? Of course!! Would I get them often, probably not. At least not for the current price, maybe when I get a raise. (its expensive...
Read moreFirst visit and if the rest of the goodies are half as good as the bite I just snuck on the way home I will be visiting more often when in town.
The lady was sweet, informative and aware of my medical conditions. Gluten in tolerance and pre diabetic. I have gone almost 9 months since I have had any decent baked goods. To date there has been only 3 time I have had gluten free bread that was not in some way or form dry and almost like stale bread. So far if a celiac wants decent bread they have to make it at home, try schlotckys bread or come here to keto mini donuts.
There cookie sandwitch was soft and actually moist not like what I was expecting.. typically gluten free cookie is like eating a sweet saltine cracker.
Last month I was told I am pre diabetic and need to get my sugar in check or will be on insuline.. so I started watching sugar too and have had to just do with out that sweet treat.. until now.
Veterans come pay a visit and ask for the veteran discount. It is always nice when a local offers a discount for thier service.
Alternative food places are few and far between here in the valley. Come support this place and enjoy a sweet treat...
