I got off and a customer was waiting ahead of me..the customer complained and asked if anyone was gonna tend to her..the lady responded she's been busy but other employees ignored as the register..the lady said if we didn't like it we can leave..no hot n ready ready horrible customer service.then when it was my turn I wasn't gonna let her be rude to me. I asked if they had anything ready she nope 15 minutes or leave I was like #$@! YOU what is your problem lady..I told her I was gonna leave review and she said don't come back or she would call cops because I was pissed and cussed..I don't know what kind of establishment is being run there but that manager was so rude and I never leave reviews and she pissed me off just horrible...

Two and a half weeks ago I ordered a pizza and a few other items for delivery. I had done so multiple times before. This time though, the order was cancelled by the restaurant, after I had paid for it. The total was around 33 dollars. I have tried to call the store, to no avail. They won't even accept my call. I called the corporate number (twice) and was assured that a full refund would be sent within 10 business days. That came and went. Now I can't even get through to the corporate #. I ordered a hot and ready and said that will be all. They tried upselling to me 5 times. I said "no thank you, that will be all" every time. Eventually I said are you kidding me and they replied its their job, and to just drive up with attitude. I spoke with 2 managers that defended the employee. They told me if I don't like the way they run things then I should order online.
