Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Harlingen

Went Monday afternoon and ordered 3 hot and ready, bread with sauce and bbq wings for the kids. They told us it was about an 8 minute wait and told us to drive to the front. We had no problem with that since we prefer the food fresh, but while were waiting we noticed there were a few guys back there with the employees laughing and joking around without uniform so either they didnt work there or were not on the clock so shouldnt have been back there in a group talking while the food was supposed to be being watched. We saw two men walk out and walk back in and this lasted a while as our food wasnt brought to us in 8 mins as said. It is very unprofessional, dirty and unsanitary with this virus going on, its bad enough the employees dont wear gloves or mask and then to have extras in there with them, not too clean. Then worst part is we thought we waited so long for fresh food and i guess since they were talking so long our pizza was burned and hard and they gave us hot wings instead of bbq, so disappointed and disgusted with...

Wasn't happy this evening. I was told a 10 minute wait due to no pizza being available so I said ok and paid. I drove to the front and waited about 30 minutes until I decided to get down. Once I got down I was waiting for the bread to be finished.

Now I'm not sure if they decided to offer 2 free 20z drinks to those who get a deep dish because I sure wasn't told that while I was in drive thru, however if this is what they were doing for the mean time due to only having deep dish available - I wouldn't have mind a drink.

Drive thru has always been an issue imo due to the amount of traffic at times when they get busy. It just seems as if a crash could easily happen. It would be nice for the owners to see what they can do.

I also think a sign out in the front of some sort would help when no fresh pizza is currently available. Just my two cents and review here.

I love the extra cheese and pepperoni, but the wait time hasn't happened...

Well I ordered the extra most bestest pizza. I’ve had it before so I’m like alright I’ll get this, I wait for guy to come on . I let him know what I want. He continues to say we have the hot n ready pizza available and that the other pizza would take about 11-13 mins . I said I don’t mind waiting. So I pay, 8.11 . Then order two sauces. Typical please wait in front. Okay so I’m waiting time went by pretty fast and I got the pizza n well I didn’t check til I got home. After putting away a few things. I open pizza and it looks reheated- it looks like a hot n ready with no extra pepperoni and no cheese. I’m like dude really? This is so lazy! Why?
