Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Harlingen

I wish I can give this place no stars. On February 14th. My partner wanted to surprise me and our three toddlers with a heart pizza. He placed the order around 7:30 pm said it will take about 30/40 minutes which that was fine. A whole hour passed and I told my partner to call them because at this point it was already getting late. He called and they told them they ran out of dough. So he asked them if they can make anything at this point they told him no because they’re out of everything , why not just close the place down then? What got us upset is that they didn’t even contacted us and let us know that we weren’t going to get our food 😡 their communication isn’t great. But thankfully dominoes saved the night for us ❤️ they delivered our pizza within 30 minutes. Can’t rate the food when we never received it. We ordered the family dine-in special for $24.99. It included a large 3-topping pizza (double pepperoni with jalapeños), a medium 1-topping (pepperoni), cheese sticks, & dessert (fudge brownies). We ordered 8 boneless wings as well. After they brought the large pizza, it was apparent they didn’t double up on the pepperoni, so it was more like a 2-topping pizza (see photo). After I brought it to their attention, they gave me some bull crap about the toppings spreading out. Literally, some slices had maybe 2 pepperoni pieces. I had to remind the server about the wings, which she brought after we had dessert (delicious, by the way) in a to-go bowl. The server was nice enough, but she needs to be trained on bringing appetizers (cheese sticks & wings) first, then main course, desert at the end. Went here yesterday with me and my spouse before I go to work it’s been a while since I went and everytime time I go I never have an issue but since yesterday was there deal there were super busy which is understandable the cashier with black hair and piercings was nice, but there was a sever an old lady with a lot of jewelry and some nails, she was supposed to get are drink order and never did on top of that she was greeting other people first then us we waited literally an hour for are food when people ahead of us got there food first it wasn’t fair considering the fact that we got there first and on top of that they didn’t give us ranch the lady with black hair of course was nice about it but the only lady with blonde hair and a lot of makeup had an issue with it and just started being disrespectful to my partner idk what was her issue was but seems to me she doesn’t...
