I made arrangements with Management to host my husband’s birthday party here. I walked through the timeline with them and I was assured that things would be ready. I showed up as agreed upon (30 minutes early) and I was told that I had to wait for 20-25 minutes. I explained to them that that I spoke with management and I was assured that I would be given enough time to prep and decorate the tables. The employee showed no empathy and told me I would have to wait. So I waited twenty minutes and when I went back to the hostess she mentioned that the table had been ready for sometime now. She didn’t bother to let me know. I asked if someone could help me carry the balloons and party supplies in and I was told that they couldn’t. I had to rush to do whatever decorating I could get done in the span of 5 minutes as my guests were already arriving. That’s not even the worst part. The waiter took a while to come to our table to take our order. When the food came out, everyone was served except for the guest of honor, my husband. My husband had to sit and watch everyone eat their food. The waitstaff wouldn’t ask if there was anything we needed, they would just drop off the items and leave. After twenty minutes from when the first person received their food, my husband got up and went to speak to a manager about his meal. At that point he still had not received anything. The manager that he spoke to seemed to have no customer service skills as she seemed annoyed at what seemed to be a waste of her time. By the time my husbands meal arrived, everyone had already finished eating and he was too upset to eat. I was extremely disappointed in the service of the staff and management. My husband really wanted to celebrate his birthday here and it was a...
Read moreI enjoyed the trout over cheesy rice. And the sweet potato had a nice cinnamon glaze. The shrimp, while flavorful, was somewhat spongy. The complimentary hot buns and butter that was served while we waited for our food was a nice touch. The garden salad side came out pretty fast and was good, as was the balsamic dressing. They had club soda which I was happy about although a little pricey ($3.29) for a small 10 oz bottle. They did not have many of the on-tap beers that were listed on the menu. Also they were out of prime rib, something that is heavily advertised as their best dish, and an ongoing special for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sunday nights; and since this was early Saturday night, I was surprised and disappointed that they didn’t have it. The steak I did order, “The Logan” sirloin was very difficult to cut through and hard to chew. The sides I chose were adequate - a baked potato and green beans. The server was not that friendly, especially when they recognized that we were not really enjoying the food, and from then on they avoided any interaction, rather than finding out why we might be dissatisfied. All in all, I expected much better, having usually gone to the big competition; but anyway I left with a full belly, and about $60...
Read moreTotal of 20 other people in the entire place. I waited 10 minutes before, who might have been, the manager approached me. I asked for a drink and he said someone will be right back to assist me. Another 3-5 minutes go by before anyone does and asks for my drink order again. I ask for the same thing and order my food, it's been 20 minutes and still no food. I had to stop him to get a refill on my drink, even after he walked past me at least 6 times. The couple seated 10 minutes into my time here are now eating. Don't bother going here, service is horrible. I'll update with food when/if I get it. Edit: food finally arrived. I think the waiter could tell I was frustrated (ya think?) so despite the burnt toast and dry ribs I ate with a (somewhat) smile on my face. The manager offered me another drink on the house (I was originally drinking one of those roadhouse teas but was irritated too much to expect another one) manager apologized and while I'm not exactly satisfied I'll probably give them another chance in the future. P.S. The...
