Worked here for like a month and don't recommend getting a job here, even if you're desperate. They don't know how to work a schedule, 2-7 doesn't mean I get out at 7, it means that I leave whenever they tell me to. Eventually they all got fed up and claimed that I can't be leaving early anymore even though I haven't. I've been leaving on time if anything. By "they", I mean the managers pretty much ganged up on me throughout my last few days because of it. One manager in particular, dont care enough to remember her name, would pick on me when she doesn't do much. Keep in mind I was new and she had me do fries, take orders at the counter, and take orders to curbside whilst also letting me know how much fries I should put in the boxes, no thats too much do it again, no thats too little do it again, like??? If i needed help, I would ask. I did one time but was told that I was basically holding her back even though I was new and no one helped me during my first few days. This one time I got my second dose and it hit me hard so I called in and they still wanted me to go in, as if health didn't matter. Again, don't recommend working here, it's just as bad being...
Read moreMakayla was an outstanding cashier. She went above and beyond. By not only insuring my order was entered in fast, alowing the "cooks" to start preparing my food. But she also did something very few CSR's do. While the drive threw was backed up with so many orders; customers started coming inside. So this young lady went back to help collaborate with her team who was obviously new or just didn't value thier job. As they found more time to talk to each other and check thier cell phones. She recognized immeditly orders weren't going out the window and started grabbing orders to help her senior employees at the drive threw then requested my meal to be made as well as the two other customers behind me. She needed no screen she simply remembered them. This may be the standard here but she simintaniously was taking the orders from customers in the store and passing out to the angry customers inside the store. She couldn't have been over 18 and was dealing with a high stress situation like a boss. As she remained very optimistic and keep a big smile and welcoming approach to every customer. Bravo Makayla I'm sure you have a very promising future...
Read moreSo I ordered a gold Mcrispy and as you can see there’s no sauce. Paid 1 something extra just for a plain mcrsipy. My kids fries tasted burnt and were hard. I even got the gold sauce with my kids meals which I didn’t get either. Would’ve been nice because I could’ve just added the sauce on my sandwich. Also the person in the drive thru her attitude was ugly no hello or anything. Just said. Here. The person that brought me the food (they made me park ) also ugly attitude. I have worked in the food industry as an employee and manager & idc if I’m having a bad day. I’ll make sure to greet my customers and have a good attitude. This McDonald’s needs to get their stuff together. Because this ain’t the first time they mess up my order either. I only go to this one because it’s only 2 minutes away from my house but from now on I’ll make sure to make the drive if that means from not having to deal with the employees ugly attitudes and paying for food that I don’t receive.(& yes I only live a couple minutes away but I have three small children that I have to put in the vehicle so I’m not going to be struggling for...
