Service was exceptional but the food was messed up. They got the order right but the guacamole tasted 2 days old, the chalupa tacos were soggy, cold, and so greasy the wrapper stuck to them and tore apart, and to top it all off, everything was squished because they stuffed a 2 person order in a small bag and broke the crunchy taco and squashed the chalupa tacos. Favorite location in my hometown of Harlingen, their power bowls are always prepared so nicely and it is so appetizing. I have yet to get a bad thing from this location so I can always count on some good food here. I always tend to get the chicken quesadilla because it really is flavorful, has a slight heat to it which I love. Great job at really being such a great location and having some really great workers. To many people joking around in the back. Girl didn't offer to explain what was on the menu. Don't know if they was changing shift but there was no people there and like seven servers there.
